My girlfriend ordered an arrangement from her yesterday morning and paid her $185 to have these delivered to her home for her mothers birthday/Mother's Day. We called multiple times to confirm they were going to be delivered to the correct address which she stated she will have it delivered by the end of day and provide us with confirmation. After 8PM when we confirmed with our family the arrangement was never received we attempted to call back and she stopped responding. And it wasn't just not answering but she was intentionally ignoring our calls. We decided to do some extensive research and found that the owner of the business is named Krystale Kaneakua who was arrested and charged for arson last year as she was responsible for starting the 6 Maui fires to try and prevent police from arresting her boyfriend. She's a criminal and has been scamming people for their money for atleast the last 4 years as we also confirmed through the better business bureau that she is not an actual accredited business. I cannot stress you guys enough, please save your money and buy from someone who WONT take advantage of you and scam you. We understand with the current situation with the economy money is tight.
