It's unfortunate that I have to give this business/lady one star in order to write this review. If negative stars was an option, that's what I would've given her. My girlfriend ordered an arrangement from her yesterday morning and paid her $185 to have these delivered to her home for her mothers birthday/Mother's Day. We called multiple times to confirm they were going to be delivered to the correct address which she stated she will have it delivered by the end of day and provide us with confirmation. After 8PM when we confirmed with our family the arrangement was never received we attempted to call back and she stopped responding. And it wasn't just not answering but she was intentionally ignoring our calls. We decided to do some extensive research and found that the owner of the business is named Krystale Kaneakua who was arrested and charged for arson last year as she was responsible for starting the 6 Maui fires to try and prevent police from arresting her boyfriend. She's a criminal and has been scamming people for their money for atleast the last 4 years as we also confirmed through the better business bureau that she is not an actual accredited business. I cannot stress you guys enough, please save your money and buy from someone who WONT take advantage of you and scam you. We understand with the current situation with the economy money is tight. Tried to send flowers to my friend in Maui and really wish I had read the reviews first because this place is a joke. I called on a Saturday, and spoke to who I assume is the owner and told her what I was looking for. She told me she loved the arrangement I had chosen and took down all my info, asked me when I wanted the flowers to be delivered. I paid over the phone because I figured it would be easier. I'll spare all the details but just know the flowers never showed up. The confirmation she told me I would receive that day didn't come until late Sunday and every time I have tried to call back since, I've gotten a voicemail box that is full and can't receive messages. I would not even give this florist a ONE STAR. Do not trust this florist. Paid her via Venmo about three weeks prior, however she did not provide the arrangement. It was for a funeral and when my family confirmed that my arrangement was not delivered, I called her. She picked up my first call and when she realized who I was, she hung up on me and ignored my calls and texts ever since that day. I'd advise you to look for another florist! My mom was retiring and my siblings and I wanted to send  a flower arrangement to her work place on her last day.   Before placing my order, I emailed and asked that if I placed an order for Friday 2/18 if it could be delivered before 11am. I received  a reply immediately saying "of course" so I placed an order on Friday 2/11 and received my order confirmation via email.   On Tue 2/15,  I emailed again just to ensure the delivery time request would still happen.  I never received a reply. 1st red flag. Friday 2/18 comes along and I'm worried cause I still haven't heard back but figured I'd wait to see if I get the delivery notification but that never happened. It took a few calls before someone answered the number on the website. The woman said she's just the call line and would contact the shop owner to see what's going on and then she'd call us back. Never heard back so we call over and over until someone answers.  The same woman answers the phone says the owner may have had an emergency?! I completely get that things happen but this is supposedly a business and that usually requires communication to your customers especially if they have already paid! Anyways, the woman is rude as hell and says "well I guess I need to make it myself" so I said ok! First off, I thought she is only the phone line person but then you want to be rude when we are simply trying to figure out what's going on! A minute later I decide to call back and cancel the order.  It's already 345pm and my mom is about to finish work. Yet again, no answer. Then I get a text at 445 asking if there's an alternate address they can deliver to along with a picture of the flower arrangement.  The flowers in it are wilted and doesn't look even close to an arrangement woth $200 which is what I paid. I texted the number back and simply let them know we tried calling multiple times to cancel the order but no one answered.  I was told they would refund me as soon as possible but don't at all trust it will happen so I'll be filing a dispute with my bank. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE, ESPECIALLY IF YOU DONT WANT A SPECIAL OCCASION RUINED! This business ran fraudulent charges on our credit card totaling nearly $3,500 after the flowers were delivered. We called the owner and she claimed that her business partner used had access to all her customers' information and was the one who ran the fradulent charges. We're not sure that this is true.
