My daughter had flowers sent to me for my birthday. She went through FTD, which pukalani floral is one of the florist they're contracted with. I sent a picture of the bouquet to my daughter. She immediately said that is not what I ordered. First picture is what she ordered and paid for. Second picture is what was delivered. On top of that, the delivery person left it outside my front door. No knock, no door bell. I Do not recommend this florist at all. read more

Terrible service order flowers for Mother's Day 2026. we have a gate at our entrance left the gate code in the notes. The day of delivery they txt said we are here. Replied with the gate code that was already given to them prior. I waited ten minutes walked down my driveway no one was there. Flowers were never delivered, I d not think they were at our address yet they claimed they were. Emailed them the next day explaining to them we were present and waiting and I would like a refun. I got refunded but they charged me for a delivery fee. Continue to email no response they service is terrible. read more

My best friend ordered me a beautiful bouquet from FTD. I received the delivery on a Saturday evening. I sent her a picture and she was hugely disappointed. It was nothing like what she ordered. By Sunday afternoon the lilies were wilted. By Monday the rest of the flowers were wilted. Tuesday all the flowers were dead and the flower buds fell off inside of ever opening. I called and they offered a new bouquet. I told them they needed to refund my friend. I could buy flowers for under $20 at the department store that looked better and would last at least a week. TLDR: Pricy flowers that were ordered for Mother's day were never delivered. Had to follow up multiple times to receive a refund. Living away from home, I thought that it would be a nice gesture to order my mother flowers for Mother's day and liked that this florist had an online ordering system. I chose to have the flowers delivered on the Saturday before Mother's day because I figured that the actual day would be really busy and was surprised by the $30 delivery fee but thought "well they do have to drive it into town" and placed my order. The flowers did not arrive on Saturday. When I called to find out what was going on, no one answered the phone, and I had to call/text several times across several days to find out what had happened to my order. I was told that I would receive a refund and an arrangement as an apology for the mix-up with my order. Imagine the horror of telling your mother not only once, but twice that she would be receiving flowers only for them to not show up both times... When I called once again to find out what had happened since no flowers were delivered, and I had not yet received my refund, I was told that they were so sorry and that everyone makes mistakes but that they would try their best to make things right by offering even more flowers. We didn't get those flowers. Making a mistake once ok, making that same mistake 3 times is too much. Do I recommend this business? No. read more

I received a floral arrangement from Pukalani Floral when my father passed away. When the arrangement came on Sunday, I could not believe the size. I had to have my husband carry it into the house because it was so large. The arrangement was absolutely gorgeous and the scent was so refreshing and breathtaking. It was very obvious to me that there was a lot of thought, compassion, and kindheartedness in putting this arrangement together. I called the number on the card for care instructions and I was called back almost immediately. Flowers were purchased by our family for our wedding anniversary. We were out for dinner and when arrived home in Kihei the flowers were on the doorstep in a brown paper bag. We were shocked by the poor quality of the flowers inside the package. Quite honestly you can purchase fresher tropical flowers along a country roadside on Maui for under $20. Found a container for the flowers and tried to create an arrangement to send photos to the family. Turns out this was not the arrangement they purchased and the florist refunded their money. This situation is very concerning for someone purchasing flowers online because you can't trust a florist that does not deliver what you ordered. read more

We ordered a 50th Anniversary Bouquet for our Brother and wife in Maui. We are Canadians. The bouquet was unbelievable cheap not even worth the effort to so call arrange it as it was not pretty at all. It was the most ugly bouquet I have ever seen or sent. We paid $160 USD or $210.63 CDN for this bouquet that could have been picked up in the local Safeway for $10 or made from their yard flowers. The expensive flowers that were in this bouquet online were missing and only the cheap Safeway store flowers were in it and poorly arranged at that. Not only were we humiliated as looking cheap, we were embarrassed as my Brother who received them, only buys the best floral bouquets while in Maui. So this florist sent the bottom of the barrel leftovers thinking 50th they will be too old to notice, not so, this couple got married young and are young, so yeah they noticed. Not impressed and very upset at what they sent to family on this life time achievement day and most likely because they thought we would not see what was delivered. Guess what people, we are family and we share what we send and receive. We are extremely disappointed and upset in Canada and Maui. We asked for a new bouquet their cost or refund but doubt they will honor it as they do not appear to have a good reputation when they screw up. The lady that had the same mistake 3 times has me concerned they do not care about out of town customers and particular out of Country we get nothing like what we ordered. In Canada if you do not have exact flowers you add more beautiful flowers to make it the best bouquet ever, it appears this florist just leaves out and charges full price for 1/3 of the bouquet that you ordered. We will not recommend this fled our refund today so I have a better appreciation for this florist Later today, Even though that horrible bouquet kept us up at night with humilation, it helps they refunded the money so we can do something else for the happy couple.
