On very short notice, read: two hours, I called Ly at West Maui Taxi and requested several taxis to 4 disparate locations with specific pick up times. West Maui Taxi was able to turn around and book everything for me in under 30 minutes. I was able to organize payment so my guests didn't have to worry about that, the drivers also shared their contact information with the riders in case they needed return journeys at the end of the night. My guests said the drivers were all super friendly, and the whole experience lovely and smooth. The whole process was done via one phone call and a couple texts; Ly is incredibly efficient and friendly! I highly recommend West Maui Taxi, what a great experience!

He dropped us off at the golf course(Roy's) for our dinner. 2 hours later we were waiting for his return. We say him go up to the Hyatt then on his way back instead of turning right and come to the golf course he turned left in the other direction. We thought that was odd so we ended up walking all the way back to the Sheraton which is at the other end of the hotel strip. That may not be a problem for most but it is for me. I have congestive heart failure and doing a walk like that was extremely difficult. So my advice is to NOT TRUST the Trolley drivers as they may arbitrarily decide to not go on their designated route and leave you stranded
