There was no one else on the tour except one couple, whom we had no issues with. The 7 people on the bus was my family of 5 and one couple. 1. There was a hiccup in your booking system, you allowed us to book a tour because you did not close your online reservation window. If you were sold out why did the website allow us to make a reservation? Hence the "hiccup". After we booked the tour, we did move a flight around so this person could make the tour that we had a confirmation email for. Very unprofessional to email the next morning saying you were sold out AFTER we made the booking. Yes we did book late but if you were sold out you shouldn't have allowed us to make the booking plain and simple. We called multiple times because we were asking about pick up arrangements and were told to keep calling back to see when/if the tour filled up, because only then would they be able to tell us what pick up rotation we would be in. I wanted to know what hotel would be the first pick up, etc. I didn't care that our two parties were not on the same bus, which was why I didn't mention it in the booking. 2. Since you claim to have the proof that he wasnt speeding, why dont you show it? It absolutely does corroborate with the Google maps picture. I did move the camera to get a video of how bumpy the bus was DUE TO HOW FAST THE DRIVER WAS SPEEDING! But I'll include another video straight ahead where you can see how fast he flies past the mountain. As for your lies, you need to come up with better ones. I asked for a Spanish translator due to the fact only ONE person in our party spoke Spanish. The fact that you guys said we were speaking Spanish all day is hilarious because NO ONE IN OUR PARTY SPEAKS SPANISH except my mother in law, who didn't speak the whole trip. Let's add more proof that you guys are racist - when the driver picked us up II asked about the Spanish ear piece translator before my mother in law was there. Your tour driver is a liar, we were all sleeping on the drive back due to how sick/tired we were. Your tour driver is clearly lying to cover his mistakes. 3. We didn't ask the tour driver for ONE illegal thing AT ALL. Due to the fact he was an arrested convict (which you can find proof of by googling it) he made illegal stops on his own! He even mentioned how the rangers loved him and when HE chose to make the illegal stop in front of the waterfalls, the ranger allowed it bc they told him make it quick. We appreciate the opportunity but never asked him for one illegal stop. 4. I never said we missed anything, I said I couldn't help but wonder if we missed something. This is an extreme safety violation. He unprofessionally texted me "This ***** Just making sure I did venmo right.. If sent tip, I have not recieved..." at 7:27pm. And "If you could let me know.." at 7:56pm. For my safety, I should NEVER have received text asking about a TIP! Even if he was wondering about the tip because he wasn't used to electronics, you still should never text someones personal cell phone number. Since he did mention multiple times that he was a liability I was scared he was going to show up to our hotel since he knew my number, hotel location, etc. Where is the response to the bulk of my review??? Do you have an explanation for how we know all this information about him being fired from his last tour job? How the current owner was only allowing him to drive as a fill in driver as a favor? Why was he a liability? Bc he speeds and risks the lives of passengers? In one of my videos I do have him talking about the story of how his dad gave him money and guns to illegally transport. Do not rent with them! This is a shady business that consist of older model cars parked in a junk…read moreyard. They offer pick-up to and from the airport once you book your rental with them. The female worker was the only employee who is pleasant to deal with. We received an older 2012 SUV, which was ok, if the car was not a piece of junk. Unfortunately, this car was done, as it was at over 117K mileage. It also had a lot of dents, marks, scratches, etc. Our biggest regret was keeping the rental as it was. The paperwork was already filled out when we got there. We returned the car at the end of our trip. No issues until we got to the parking lot. The engine light turned on. We immediately reported to the female employee. She nodded that the car was 12 years old. It was bound to encounter issues along the way. We received a phone call from the "CEO of operations" after two days. Now, we're told the car died. It won't start. He said it was in "good working condition" prior to the rental. We had two options. We can agree to pay the invoice from the mechanics for the "damages." Or they can file with our car insurance and say the car was totaled. Obviously, we did not agree with either options. It was not comprehensible as to how they can fault us for a crappy car. They should count their lucky stars that the scrap metal ran its course. No back up camera or GPS system. It was completely outdated. It was quite fortunate that no one got hurt or injured with this rental car. Anyhow, he ended the call saying the cars belonged to several "owners". And, they will definitely be in touch to file an insurance claim. Be very cautious if you decide to book with them. I wouldn't trust these scammers at all! It appears they devise these schemes by renting out old junk cars. They are completely aware that 90% of their fleet is not operable. Or it ran its course. Then, they file bogus fraud insurance claims to get new cars. Go with a legit, reputable car rental company!

Second, the website is VERY deceptive in terms of available vehicles. Third, when we arrived, we were picked up in a beat-up van by an unfriendly driver who gave the vibe that we were inconveniencing him because he had to pick us up. When we arrived, we were met by a rather surly gentleman who took us to a SUV with 149,000 miles (I have photographic evidence to prove this) on it and looked like it had been in a demolition derby. We immediately asked for another car and he told us "nothing else was available". Driving the car, I noticed that the brakes were iffy and one of the seat belts was not functioning properly (plus, it was so old that there was no navigation). The family refused to continue driving in this dangerous deathtrap vehicle and I was forced to rent ANOTHER vehicle from Enterprise for the remainder of our vacation. When it was time to return the car, I got a text to return the car with a full tank (despite the fact that we got the car with a half-tank and he verbally told me to return in the same way). I opted to return the car with a full tank because I thought this rental agency would screw me with excess gas charges. When we returned the car, we were told that there was no transportation back to the airport and we were forced to drive this same vehicle to the airport and leave it for them to retrieve. A miserable experience...never again (the big fear was that the car would "die" and strand us by the side of the road). PS-DO NOT believe the website pictures!

My friend yelled "Taxi!" and that's where our luck started. Danny is fun with his karaoke set up. His car is equipped with hand sanitizer, hand wipes, and cologne or perfume for any individual who may have forgotten to wear theirs or perhaps needs refreshing. My gf and I needed a ride to the grocery store and he waited for us and helped us carry in the bags. He became our personal chauffeur when our hubbies had our rental. He picked us up and dropped us off at our restaurant reservations and our evening activities. He is punctual and a sweetheart! Let him know in advanced if you need his service and he will be at your door 5-10 prior. He's also a great photographer when it comes to taking your groups picture. He's way more affordable than Uber as he used Uber to get the the village. We will miss him but know we will see him when we return in January. Thank you Danny for being there for us.
