As is the person on the other end of the line told me of what her price would be and I gave her a price that was $100 less on air fare but this will involve more than just a flight - this will include flights, hotels, cars and different cities combined. With this said I was asked to visit palm Travel and see what we can do about possible saving overall. I did just that - I showed up and when it was my turn to get help the person whom I spoke to seem to have a bad attitude towards people that are computer savvy. She immediately says that by her helping me I would only turn around and buy my tickets online. Very little was said between us - simply put I did not appreciate the invite only to be pushed away. In light of this I will never give my business to people like this who had a good chance of getting mine.

The hard part was where to begin to start planning this trip - a bit complicated with so many people coming from different areas, with different size families. A couple guys were still even single! Since I know Maui well, I took getting the hotel/condo reservations. I found Ashely at Maui Room Blocks online. I thought I may have to call around a few places, but after getting off the phone with Ashely, I knew that wouldn't be necessary. I was very impressed with her knowledge of places to stay, as well as her general knowledge of the island. She was born and raised there. She was filled with what I'd call, "Hawaiiana". I'm was immediately startled by the employee screaming and berating me saying that I could not look at the pamphlets and that they are for customers only! I was totally shocked as I went to this kiosk to book some excursions. This behavior was shocking and disgusting. Hopefully employee deals with their anger management issues. Someone with that demeanor should not be working in a customer service setting.

Having lived in Hawaii this is something you must do for your guest visiting for the first time. This company comes and greets you as soon as you land, right before going to the baggage claim.
