The chairs may not be the most comfortable.. but they are typical for a doctor or medical business. I had no problems with neck support.. The mean person who was bringing up the past of the owner is very catty and unprofessional. Everyone has a past.. I'm sure yours is not perfect. She did mention she has been sober for 13 years which is amazing! Also.. if you are late to an appt and have to reschedule, it makes sense that you would be charged a rescheduling fee. There is a gym/ yoga place in the basement with screaming children when I was there. The restroom, used to wash your mouth after the procedure, is shared in the floor and is quite small( I would turn on the dryer every time I went close to the sink). Non of these are deal breakers thogh! The results of the basic whitening is not dramatic. It's similar to whitening strips that you can buy at a much lower cost and take only half hour in your PJs. The chair is super uncomfortable! Before and during my appointment, the lady was talking on the phone nonstop instead of attending fully to the costumer. It made me feel unwelcome. After the appointment i set an appointment with her and luckily asked for a confirmation txt. 2 days before my appointments I texted her for cancellation and she was persistent that I don't have an appointment. After sending a screenshot of the confirmation she figured she has scheduled one under another name. ( make sense since she was on the phone all the time) Anyways, we scheduled another appointment but I am not going to attend since I dont feel welcome and comfortable in this facility. She's also not open on weekends or after about 4:00, so it's hard to make it work if you, you know, have a job. I've never seen a business operate so inefficiently. She clearly has a ton of clients and needs hire someone to manage appointments so she's not doing both the laser and the bookings. She should also hire a second person to do laser so that if she has something come up, she doesn't have to cancel 50 people that day and rebook them another day, making it so everyone that day will be double booked and you'll be left waiting at your appointment time. Refunds should also be offered when she's at fault for canceling multiple times. Otherwise, you'll end up with a bunch of treatments you've paid for that you can't actually use because the scheduling is always crazy and half the time she doesn't respond when trying to schedule (she never answers the phone and only does scheduling over text). I gave it two stars because when you actually can get in, the laser works pretty well, but it's hard to keep the needed timeline consistent because she's always canceling, so the hair has time to grow back. Feels like a waste of money. This place has potential, but to succeed long-term, it needs better management and scheduling practices.

What I ended up with looks nothing like the reference. The line work is rough, the proportions are off, and the overall design doesn't match what I asked for at all. The background in particular is completely different from the reference and not what I wanted. On top of that, I was originally quoted $100, but ended up being charged $155 -- and that extra cost was supposedly for the background, which doesn't even resemble the picture I provided. This is the first tattoo I've ever genuinely hated, and now I'm stuck having to look into fixing or covering it. I won't be going back. If you're considering getting work done here, I'd strongly recommend making sure you're completely confident in the artist and getting your price confirmed upfront.
