They did a rapid, "hatchet" job of most work at two of our places, cutting down some plants that we…read morewanted to keep. They killed an expensive plant with their weed whacker and then told me it was fine (it died). They never replaced the plant. After paying them for months within hours of receiving their invoices (some for as much as $550), I paused on one payment (a smaller amount of $50) to make sure the plant they killed would be replaced. Instead of talking to me about it, Allan just didn't show up at our rental. The bill was not even two weeks old, and we certainly could have discussed why I was waiting to pay. I will never use them again and would recommend them to no one. I will attach a photo of the dead plant when I have it.

It was obvious that they are experienced professionals, and they took great care in making sure the wall was built correctly according to industry standards including creating a level stable gravel base, setting up the drainage, and perfectly straight lines of the wall on a sloped surface. They also included the planting, weed fabric and mulch below the wall and grass seed on top which made it low maintenance for me. It was easy to communicate with Ed. As a company they were very responsive to various questions I had before and during the process and their proposal provided detailed information about how the work would be done. They worked hard but also efficiently and got the prep work and wall completed in a week, including the removal of a very thick layer of ivy and groundcover before starting the building. They were also very nice people as a bonus! I would recommend them without hesitation.
