RACIST EMPLOYEES!!!! Do not come here if you wanted to be discriminated. Came here a while ago and as soon as I entered with 3 other girls, we had eyes on us the whole entire time. I know what customer servicing is. But asking more than 5 times if I need help after responding no thank you. GET THE HINT! I've worked in retail for 5+ years, but never NEVER have I been chased around the store when I was simply just looking around the store. Y'all gotta check your associates and teach them not to be racist to customers or people that go in to the store. Last weekend I went into the store to do some shopping. Upon my arrival I was greeted by a friendly sales associate and asked if I needed any help and what exactly was I shopping for. I told her I was just trying to find something that would fit me comfortably as I am currently in my 8th month of pregnancy. I let her know I would find her if I had any questions. I found a few options and was approached by her 3 more times, asking if I wanted a dressing room. No thank you was my reply each time. I was really starting to get irritated. It is my right to purchase these items and take them home and try them on if I so choose is it not? So, I purchased the items and headed home to try them on when I had time. I soon realized that 2 out of the 9 items I purchased did not fit so off to the store I went to return them. I encountered the "friendly associate" who had been so persistent in helping me shop at the register. She then looked at the rude tall blonde next to her who rolled her eyes right in front of me. I believe this uber rude blonde is the store manager. Who, by the way, I have been treated rudely by, on many occasions. I have some news for you blondy, you manage a sub par clothing star not a country. So, maybe you should dial back on the bitch face you serve up to people trying to spend their hard earned money in peace instead of making them feel like they are being judged and looked down upon by some middle aged shop girl who thinks she's better than everyone else. Love this store! Great selection and most of the females that work there are very nice and helpful! If you get a chance to go and need help, ask for Diadre or Kim! Both with help you out wonderfully! If your older, I've heard Bronwyn will help but she's pretty rude to the younger crowd. read more
