I absolutely do not understand how this store is even open! The store was very empty and they had ample employees. But the mess in here was a disaster! Piles of organized stuff everywhere!! Every shelf, floors, isles a disgrace! Shopping at a thrift store would be more organized then here! The shopping experience here was less then pleasant. Will not be back! read more

I went in to return a suit case. I waited in line patiently and once I got to the return counter the lady was very rude. I tried approaching her friendly but she seemed more focused on rushing me out of area. There wasn't a line either so it's not like she had to rush. read more

This place is always incredibly messy. Those photos they have posted are not at all representative of this place pretty much ever. It's filthy everywhere--like a poorly organized yard sale at noon after being hit by a tornado. Can't find an employee to save my life and on the off-chance I do, they're annoyed that I'm talking to them and dismissive of me. There's almost nothing on the shelves and what's there is not anywhere near where it's supposed to be. I used to enjoy shopping here, but now it's an absolute last resort. Came in tonight for a purchase that was last-minute, but necessary. Wanted to try it on, but was shooed away from the dressing rooms because they were "closing soon." More than half an hour before their closing time! It seriously takes them *that* long to secure those after closing?! If I wasn't in desperate need for the item I'm purchasing (now guessing on the size and praying it fits), I would not be shopping here. And I probably won't be coming back after being so rudely addressed by the one employee I could find. Update: surprise, surprise... it doesn't fit. Thanks Ross. read more

This store is a mess! Items and garbage litter each isle. Why doesn't the manager clean the store?

First time shopping at this particular Ross and it was not a very good experience. There was a VERY long line to check out because out of 7, only 2 of the cash registers were open (understaffed?) The fitting rooms did not have seating for anyone waiting which was odd. We had to use some furniture to sit down while we waited. Overall, it was pretty messy compared to other Ross stores I have shopped at. read more

I just went to return shoes WITH a receipt & because I didn't have my ID they refused!!! Why?!?!? Because I bought them less than 24 hours ago!!! The manager looked at his watch and told me "Yep, come back at 8:25"!!! I have never been so livid in my life! They can kiss my ass! read more
