As someone who knows a lot about retail and its many environments (it's part of my job), I was super impressed with the selection, presentation and quality of the products here. I loved how patient and helpful associates were as I tried on many items--from dresses to skirts to lingerie. When I asked about jean suggestions for my body type, they handed me six or seven pairs, and without even knowing my size, EVERY PAIR FIT. All I had to do is decide which to purchase! My favorite items were from the skirt rack--two classy pieces I will enjoy for years. I will stop here every time I am in Burley, Idaho...and I may also make Lulu Bella my excuse to return. What a gem!

Which is the reason I went it. I was really excited because in the front the had leather coats and military jackets. Which is just my style, so I figured their missionary styles must be similar. After looking around the entire store I found one dress with sleeves but it was made of leather, and there was a very limited amount of skirts to completely cover the knee that werent maxis, all of which came in wretched colors like blind-me-yellow and is-this-coral?, all of which I cant where on a mission or do not want to wear ever. All of the sweaters and shirts were over sized and way too expensive on a college budget, which seems to be their target audience. I ended up leaving with one pair of tights, which I had to stand in line for 30 minutes to buy, They politely apologized for the long wait, and I figured the wait was just a fluke thing because it didnt seem like they got much outside traffic. Over all, If you're not going on a mission, buy the whole store. But do NOT trust their psudo name "Sister Bella"

We recently went into this jewelry store to look for a wedding band for my fiancé, and…read moreunfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. When we first walked in, the owner, immediately asked if we had purchased my engagement ring there. When we politely said no and explained that we were only there to look for a wedding band, he repeatedly questioned why we had gone somewhere else, asked to see my engagement ring, and told us that he could make a better ring than the one I was wearing. We tried multiple times to redirect the conversation because we were there specifically to find a wedding band for my fiancé. He already knew exactly what style he wanted and pointed out a ring he liked, simply asking if it could be made slightly smaller and if the metal could be a little brighter. Instead of helping us find an option, the worker told him he was being "too particular" and made comments implying that his preferences were feminine. We found those comments extremely unnecessary and disrespectful. The engagement ring was brought up several more times. We explained that we chose to purchase it from a family friend because we were offered a better price and a higher-quality diamond and gold for our budget. Rather than respecting our decision, he continued to challenge it and explain why he would have done things differently. At one point, he also began talking about how he has never lost a sale and how he does "millions and millions" of dollars in sales across different areas of the country. While we have no issue with someone being successful, it felt very out of place and unnecessary in a conversation where we were simply trying to find a wedding band. Ultimately, we decided not to purchase from the store. It wasn't because we were expecting anything unreasonable, we simply wanted a specific style and were looking for someone who would listen to what we wanted and help us find the best option. We absolutely love my engagement ring, and we were excited to find my fiancé's wedding band. Unfortunately, the repeated comments about our engagement ring, the questioning of our choices, and especially the comments toward my fiancé made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. A jewelry purchase is supposed to be an exciting experience, especially when you're shopping for something as meaningful as a wedding band. We left feeling frustrated rather than excited, and unfortunately, we will not be returning.

Zack found the issue doing a test on it and replaced the entire alternator under the warranty of it and swapped it in the parking Lot. This was absolutely above and beyond excellent customer service. I went in there today to get some tools and it was for work which would be tax exempt. My specific department does not require PO because we use purchase cards. The manager lost his cool, became extremely arrogant and demanded that I was wrong. I didn't have a choice but to leave the tools there and take my business elsewhere because I needed the tax exemptions and the manager made it a point to make a huge scene in front of all the other customers. He proceeded to allow his temper to flare, completely unprofessional and he followed me out of the store with his camera taking pictures of me and my work truck. I will never step foot in that store again for my farm repairs or my professional job. This manager is a joke.

Credit union contacted WA DOL, they do not show receipt of paperwork. Credit union is checking WA DOL daily for this since they are lender and require the title as collateral. Dealership should have payment receipt for tax, title and registration fee paid, they should be able to determine if the payment was collected. They are not sharing any further information. Dealership is not taking ownership of this problem. I called WA DOL today 7/24/26, I gave them the VIN, they have no record of any correspondence or receipt of payment. I asked if they tracked if they perhaps received something, and for example, the paperwork was filled out wrong, or the money received was wrong. Anthony at WA DOL said yes they track every single thing they receive on that VIN and they show the vehicle last titled in Idaho in 2020. Anthony also said they are required to process any payment received within 48 hours and there is no record of any payment. Dealership is not returning our calls. We have no title and no registration. It is frustrating and disappointing because the salesman Brycen was so nice to work with too.
