We called for two days straight at all hours of the day and never got an answer. We called both numbers too. We showed up and although the hours said it should have been open there was a sign on the door that said it was closed for a delivery. I left message and returned every hour for the next 3-4 hours and no one answered or gave me a call back, or opened the shop back up. There were multiple signs that that somebody was there in between each time I stopped by to check if it reopened. Not reliable. We ended up not being able to explore the area and we will have to figure out how we are going to explore the remaining trip.

Website price for wheelchair is $75…read moreper week and about $20 each additional days but when I called, the lady answered the call would not honor their own website pricing and insisted that it was $100 per week and $30 per additional day. 2. My insurance agent suggested me to ask about Medicare discount available or not. I called again and the guy who answered gave me an attitude and told me "No discount and it is only $100, we don't have to go through with this." 3. When we arrived, the contract says $100 per week and $35 a day (not $30 like the lady said). 4.We rent for 8 days just in case knowing we might end up return it one day early on a Fri rather on Sat which they are not open and another review said they had problem returning on Sat so I specifically ask about the return policy. The lady told me it is fine to return early and they would only charge based on the days we kept the wheelchair. However, when I returned it early, the guy used prorate to calculate the last day so we only got a bit over $14 refunded which originally cost us $ 35 for the 8th day. Be careful about their pricing and refund policy if you are like us not able to find another place to rent a wheelchair.

One of them looked so confused when I asked a basic question I almost asked them if they were feeling okay. Are you hiring based on who failed customer service school the hardest? The manager? Absolutely invisible. Whoever's in charge should be embarrassed. Either step up or step out. You're letting your team run a health facility like it's a fast-food drive-thru that ran out of fries and dignity.

I was not happy with the service I was getting from the Walgreens in Idaho Falls. Then I found out that the Medicine Shoppe in Rexburg does compounds, so I thought I would give them a try. They were so friendly and affordable that I switched all of my medications to be filled at The Medicine Shoppe. I like them way more then Walmart, and a little more than the Walgreens in Rexburg. They are local, and I feel like they know me, and have my welfare as a priority for them. I highly recommend The Medicine Shoppe in Rexburg. They are great!

(Yes. That was a huge run-on sentence.) Unbelievable. I asked the guy when the busiest times are...so I can avoid them. He said sometimes, on a rare occasion, they'll get several customers at one time. On those occasions, you might have to wait 30 minutes. What?? *gasp* 30 minutes?? Oh goodness gracious. Have mercy.
