I'm starting to think it's a game to them. Let's talk about the staff: rude, dismissive, and clearly undertrained. One of them looked so confused when I asked a basic question I almost asked them if they were feeling okay. Are you hiring based on who failed customer service school the hardest? The manager? Absolutely invisible. Whoever's in charge should be embarrassed. Either step up or step out. I was not happy with the service I was getting from the Walgreens in Idaho Falls. Then I found out that the Medicine Shoppe in Rexburg does compounds, so I thought I would give them a try. They were so friendly and affordable that I switched all of my medications to be filled at The Medicine Shoppe. I like them way more then Walmart, and a little more than the Walgreens in Rexburg. They are local, and I feel like they know me, and have my welfare as a priority for them. I highly recommend The Medicine Shoppe in Rexburg. They are great!

(Yes. That was a huge run-on sentence.) Unbelievable. I asked the guy when the busiest times are...so I can avoid them. He said sometimes, on a rare occasion, they'll get several customers at one time. On those occasions, you might have to wait 30 minutes. What?? *gasp* 30 minutes?? Oh goodness gracious. Have mercy. They told me to come back after 2:00! Guess what?! I haven't had lunch either, and I'm trying to get home to my sick 7 year old son! Totally worth the paperwork to switch pharmacies!
