The women at the desk lied to us as well, saying our medicaid would not cover our item of purchase, but when we went to the medicine shop across town they told us medicaid would cover the item, only at a lower cost to them (so they would lose a small amount on the item verses having the customer buy it). but they were happy to help us and use medicaid to purchase the item, unlike Valley Medical Shoppe, who very rudely lied and said they would not. I said my doctor said medicaid should cover it, and the women said, "well your doctor wouldn't know now would he." VERY RUDE! We also had problems with their billing and customer service last year when we had to rent an expensive item from them for our newborn. Not happy with them at all.
