We were greeted by Susan upon entering and then assisted by another gal, sorry didn't get her name but very helpful! Found a couple items and were escorted to the fitting rooms. My friend and I both found something we wanted to purchase then headed to the jewelry to find something to coordinate with our outfits. The store is very well organized and kept very neat so it's easy to shop here. We found some jewelry ( like I need more lol!) And headed to checkout. My friend was using her $15 birthday credit since she has a Loft charge card. With the discounts she needed to get another item to make her $15. She was happy with that! When mine was rung up I was told I was pre-approved for a Loft card and 20% off in addition to the 40% already taken off!! Well I only have 2 credit cards, by choice, but couldn't resist! What a deal! Susan was very efficient and patient ringing us up! Appreciate the time she spent explaining everything! Will enjoy my new clothes and jewelry and be back soon! I believe his name is Aaron (longish black hair) because he is such a fantastic hype man! He is always bubbly and enthusiastic, and makes me feel so good about my purchases. I generally dread small talk interactions at check-outs, but he makes it genuinely enjoyable. The store itself is great too. If you like to shop at places like Marshall's, Sierra, TJ Maxx, etc., this is definitely the best version of them. I appreciate that the clothes are actually organized, and they have one of the best shoe selections of any store. The prices are generally good and reasonable, but the clearance prices are often extreme deals with the caveat of very limited selection (obviously though, since it's clearance). They also have a really good selection of skin care, hair care, and make up. Those are the discounts I often end up appreciating the most!

Apparently loss prevention staff was monitoring someone and actually prevented him from walking away with a shopping bag of items..
