We had an extremely poor experience with wedding tux rentals. The long-haired guy working at the Fargo location had no clue what he was doing and just kept denying that anything was incorrect -- the only thing he could say is "yeah this is what happens with rentals and it fits fine to me. Why would anyone choose to rent if that was said upfront. Pants were 2 inches too short, suit jacket was not fitting right, everything came with bow ties instead of regular ties etc. They then refitted the groom to have the new tux and pants ready two days before the wedding... And of course we came back and the pants were still 3 inches too short. We then had to beg them to find something else right then and there because we had to travel to where the wedding was being held. Everything ended up working out and things fitted for the day of the event, but all in all we had a very poor experience!

I have to go find an employee...which are typically standing there chatting with another employee. also the lines for check out are disappointing. when I have been there they have one open only...then by the time I leave another opens. customers can see the annoyed looks on others faces when standing in line. the wait time is unprofessional..I am not talking about 2 to 3 minutes...I am talking about at one point I waited approximately up to 10....this is not acceptable especially when there are employees standing around chatting it up. I prefer to shop online because of this but at times like to smell new scents and I never look forward to going into the store here because of all this.

They brought out the sizes we needed with different color options. This is a full service shoe store in the sense they put the shoes on your feet and tie them up for you. The store was very busy but the staff all did a great job of handling multiple customers at once. Worth the visit if you need a pair of shoes.
