When I picked it up I mentioned having problems with my iPhone and I told him what I tried and what the Verizon store employees tried(the exact same thing except for a hard reboot). Erik took out the SIM card and cleaned it with a fiber optic pen and voila my phone works. The Verizon store employee did not offer to clean my SIM card or even try a different one which if that was the problem is very cheap. Erik is very knowledgeable and will get the job done .
