Had an automatic opening gate installed by this company. They did a terrible job. Didn't run wires in conduit. And didn't put electrical connections in water tight boxes. ***WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER*** Company showed up to our property when we were out of town for installation of our privacy fence. They unilaterally decided to change the location of the fence without consulting us. The change in location was directly over our sewer line. This caused the sewer line to be destroyed resulting in over $4,000 in plumbing. Our house was unlivable for a week, and we haven't even looked into the cost of landscaping where the plumbing company had to dig up our front lawn to install new plumbing. I went to the office and talked to a very rude front office employee, who directed me to our salesman, Kris. I called Kris who said Maury Fence was not responsible for the damage to my property, and there was nothing I could do. I will be making a claim with the Better Business Bureau and also looking into my legal options. Side note: Before we discovered the issue, we had reached out to Kris to connect two parts of the fence. He was unresponsive and we eventually talked to another fencing company. What can I say positive about this company? Not much..... overpriced and not easy to deal with. They did not clean up after and left rock and crap everywhere. Slits in the fence not even, measured wrong. Pictures will show. Troy was who we dealt with. Some of the issues were fixed when I complained and Troy helped alleviate some of the issues. However when I approached him about the fence falling apart from a 20 mph wind he said "That's what it's designed for." Excuses regarding how long it took them to install it. 5 weeks! They said they are short on labor and finding able bodies..... laborers left trash in the yard, would show up and leave in 20 minutes. I wouldn't recommend them for anyone. Not only is this poor customer service, but I will never do busy with this company after hearing how they treat their employees. The owner is a hot head and completely unprofessional! Recently had a fence and storage unit installed by this company. In the process of tearing down the old fence and installing the new one. They left the back porch area not in the same condition that it was prior to the work being completed. The storage unit leaks when it rains. Over priced for the work that was done. read more

Maury fence put in my fence & electric gate 2 years ago. This past Saturday, my electric fence stopped working. I called them on Tuesday & they were out that day fixing it. Have never had to deal with people so unprofessional in my lifetime. Paid over $10k for a gate that doesn't work. What's worse is they have completely left us in the dust and have claimed no responsibility for the broken system they've stalled. A good friend ha had the same issue to to avail. RUN! They gave an estimate for labor plus materials. Wow what a mistake. They billed enough fencing supplies for several jobs and told me they were for mine. I physically counted materials. I guess they figured I was stupid and would just pay it. They were beyond rude and cussed me on several occasions(using the f bomb and yelling and making jokes about me). The labor was to be billed by the hour. They over charged and billed for hours that they weren't there. They tried to intimidate and were beyond unprofessional. I went with this company even though their initial estimate was higher in hopes for a quality job. That didn't happen either. It's a shame that contractors think they can railroad people. Ever since contacting them for the first time, the representative was inconsistent with communication. The representative would promise to call or come out on a specific day and time, but never would. It would take days to actually get in contact with the representative (no one else would take care of the matter since he was assigned to us). The representative finally got all the details worked out with us and stated that everything was taken care of and they were ready to build when we were. Once they finally got out to our house, the fence turned out great. Quality work and materials. However, we were fined by the City of Spring Hill because there was no building permit in place for this fence. I called Maury Co. Fencing, and they stated that they failed to obtain any permit before building on our property. This made us responsible for the cost of the fine and the permit, after we were told everything was taken care of. Thankfully, the owner of Maury Co. Fencing took care of us and refunded us the money and apologized for the lack of preparation on their side. read more

RUN AWAY FAST. These guys are totally dishonest... I had them fence my farm and they punctured my waterline by using an auger where the line was marked. They told me they would fix it. They applied a compression fitting to my waterline and didn't use PVC cement on one side. It took about 6 months or so for the leak to start happening. I noticed my meter moving ever so slightly and my water bill went up by $50 per month. I have 800 feet of waterline so trying to find it proved difficult. I paid for a professional leak detection service to try and find it and after $400 spent, they couldn't find the source of the leak. Recently, I noticed (after 4 years) a pool of water around one of the posts on my fence. You guessed it, it was the leak. I repaired the leak and called them about it. Like Kim S. they told me I was stupid and cursed me, then hung up in my face. Willie (the owner) is a scumbag. In the end, all I wanted was for them to make it right and at least admit it was their fault and offer to do something. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more
