Two suggestions I would have that covering the vents when they would push the dust out so it would not cause a heavy dust flying in the air in that room and additionally request items to move where they are drilling the vents in the basement so they don't drill on top of the storage items which was harder to clean...

Our first estimate was very educational and after that meeting we decided on propane. Our next estimate was from John B. from Gault Hesting & Cooling. Very informative and educational as well. We chose Gault for several factors. We felt John was not out to make a sale. He is friendly and answered all our questions. Our estimates ranged from $17k to $30k. For the same equipment, propane furnace and insta of a heat pump, our estimate was nearly $4,500 lower. Customer service was great. Anytime I called all questions were answered. Not once was I put on hold so the person could get an answer for me. On installation day, Chad and Connor arrived, introduced themselves and starting working. It was 2 full days to complete installation, as John B stated. At that time I did not know it would cause any issue, until I ran my AC. I heard a noise which was never there before the cleaning. I called the owner and explained to him I hear a noise while running my AC. He refused to listen and troubleshoot. I had to call someone to do a diagnostic check on my AC and it was identified that the line set needed to adjusted back to its position. Once adjusted the noise was gone. Superior Air Duct Cleaning caused me unnecessary cost to get something fixed that they caused. Bad business model. Don't hire these people. They will not take responsibility of any post service complaints.

I asked about availability and they initially quoted about 1 week for servicing, but they had a cancelation and were about to come the next day. Although the service was a tad pricey, I booked with them. The owner John arrived on time, cleaned my vent, and pulled the debris trapped in the hose. It took him about 20 minutes and he was in and out. I paid via cc and I forgot to ask for a receipt, so I sent an email to request the paid invoice. To my surprise, they sent the digital receipt almost instantly. Wasn't expecting it that quick, but they were on top of it. The communication was clear, the work was good and they were very responsive. Two thumbs up!
