Carlos would not return my calls inquiring when he would finish the project. UPDATE: A few years later, he finally called me because another customer of his told him he owed me. He showed up and I took him around the house to point out what he was paid to do and did not do. He said he would call that week to come fix those items. I never heard from him again. That was four years ago. I would not recommend doing business with Carlos Martinez.

Jermain confirmed the appointment time the morning of the scheduled appointment day, and Jermain arrived at the schedule time. Given all the rain, I offered to reschedule the appointment, but Jermain had zero issues working with and in the elements. Jermain worked efficiently and with purpose, hauling the material (broken wooden pallets, wood and tree branches from our backyard around to the front of our house where Jermain's trailer was parked. When Jermain was finished, it was as if there was never a pile of junk in our backyard. I called them and of course "it was not covered by their warranty", they claimed they did not treat the floor, yet in their warranty it clearly stated the "area" that was treated. They went and looked at it and claimed someone spilled a drink (coke) and that caused the mold. It would be $500 to treat, I agreed (not having much choice). Then got repeated calls to pay the invoice within a few hours. I paid the next morning and still got called. These people do not stand behind their work, they care more about payment than quality and respect for the customer. No pride in workmanship.
