I contacted Hayden to have Streamline come out to assess my roof. They identified some problem areas that needed attention (soffit had come loose, downspout was undersized in one area, gap leading into attic where facia hadn't been properly installed, gutters needed cleaning). Streamline explained to me the issues at hand and how they were going to address them. They gave me a very fair quote and scheduled me in within a week. They showed up on the scheduled day and time and did a great job in cleaning the gutters, repairing the soffit and facia and installing a new 40ft downspout. My roof is at least 50ft off of the ground in some spots and my lot is on a steep incline so this was no straightforward task. They cleaned up the yard after completion of the job, walked me through the work performed and followed up to ensure I was satisfied. Overall really good people, professional, excellent communicators, great quality work and fair price. Thank you Hayden and team, you will be my first call for gutter work in the future!

So they said they fixed that at no charge! Well you should because your people are the ones that turned the gutter when they put the shingles on the roof! It had to be removed to replace the roof and you're right it wasn't put back on right but that was because you're people put it on incorrectly. Now you don't want to fix the inside of our home due to your negligence. Chase will never answer his phone but Amber can relay messages for him but he will never take responsibility for their negligence. I will continue to leave reviews and let everyone know what a crap company this is and will make sure I will do my part to not let anyone else go through this. Find a reputable company!
