Most of the companies were nice to deal with while one was an absolute horror. The one thing that these other companies did not address that Joe with Jon's Seamless Gutters did was address the issue of how to direct the water after it came out of the downspout. This item was very important to me as the home was having a water intrusion problem and Joe, without any prompting from me went over this in his evaluation. The most recent problem is that now we're trying to sell the house four years later and the inspector found two things that were done incorrectly. I've called Paramount multiple times, emailed them, and even called and texted the owner directly and no one will return my calls. First it was a problem with a room upstairs where there was obviously a leak in the corner of the room so they came to fix that and then there was another issue with a leak downstairs which damaged the inside of the ceiling. Paint peeling and major discoloration. (Pictures of before and after included) they came to fix the outside but said the gutter was turned turned towards the flashing which was causing the issue. So they said they fixed that at no charge! Well you should because your people are the ones that turned the gutter when they put the shingles on the roof! It had to be removed to replace the roof and you're right it wasn't put back on right but that was because you're people put it on incorrectly. Now you don't want to fix the inside of our home due to your negligence. Chase will never answer his phone but Amber can relay messages for him but he will never take responsibility for their negligence. I will continue to leave reviews and let everyone know what a crap company this is and will make sure I will do my part to not let anyone else go through this. Find a reputable company! Not someone that says they will give you a percentage off if you leave a good review! If they have to ask you that then clearly there is an issue. DO NOT RECOMMEND PARAMOUNT ROOFING

They did a great job and quoted the job with the needed upgrades (cricket behind chimney, new flashing in some problem areas) without me needing to specify the changes.
