I called last night to see if they had filled my mother's eye drops she takes for glaucoma they said yes, I went to pick it up today and the pharmacist said they didn't fill it! If you want a great Pharmacy go to Walmart on 81st and Garnett they are wonderful there and always fill your prescription that day! I would have given this place a 0 but had to rate a 1 in order to write this review.

Houston St, Broken Arrow, OK 74012, which I found to be both rude and unprofessional. I had come in to return Prelief a product that I purchased over the counter because I had an adverse reaction to it. I explained to the young man at the counter that I did not have the box but had my digital receipt. He asked me to wait a moment while he fetched the manager. When Jeff arrived, I attempted to explain my situation, but he insisted on giving me medical advice instead of addressing my return request. I told him that I had taken one tablet on July 4, 2024, and another on July 5, 2024. Jeff then abruptly told me to "check my attitude." Confused, I tried to clarify, but he began shouting at me as though I were a child. I reiterated that I just wanted my refund so that I could leave. Jeff responded by saying he would not give me anything and suggested I take my purchase to another Walgreens or return another day when I could adjust my attitude. Feeling even more confused, I called a friend who overheard Jeff's behavior. Jeff then told me when I come to Walgreens I don't need to be talking on the phone. Jeff then told me to leave the store or he would call the police and accuse me of trespassing. When I requested the customer service number and his name, he refused and threatened again to call the police if I didn't leave. At that point, Jeff shoved the pills back at me and walked away, his anger clearly visible in his eyes. This was very frightening for me, especially as I suffer from PTSD and felt threatened by his aggressive demeanor. (Once I left the store, I had to go to the drive-through window to get Jeff's name from the pharmacy staff). I no longer feel safe visiting this location after being verbally attacked, embarrassed, and discriminated against. Jeff's behavior was not only disrespectful but also contrary to the professional standards I expect from a Walgreens representative. He raised his voice at me in front of his colleagues and customers, dismissed my input without consideration, and ignored my request for a refund despite my adverse reaction to the medication. This conduct has made me never want to return to this location. All customers deserve to be treated with respect and professionalism, regardless of the circumstances. Jeff's behavior falls short of these expectations and undermines the values of your organization. I kindly request that this matter be investigated and addressed promptly. I am confident that with proper intervention, Walgreens can prevent such incidents from occurring in the future and maintain a positive and respectful environment for all customers. Again, I was publicly humiliated and embarrassed, and I have a witness to the entire incident. I urge Walgreens to address this situation appropriately. Passionate

Nobody gives a rat ass about convenience store reviews. Really? Do you think someone is going to…read morecheck a review blog to choose a convenience store? No! The majority of the people that write reviews for convenience stores do so only to vent and complain. And nobody reads it...."They charged me too much for that can of white claw" "They were out of Marlboro Light " or my favorite... after trying three different cancelled credit cards complain "the store treated me unfairly and wouldn't accepted my credit/debit cards!" "Said it was my problem, not theirs" This review is different and not written to help you find the best price on gasoline or the coldest beer in town. Wait. I might have something on the beer.... This review is for the fantastic folks that work at this neighborhood K&G (101st & Elm in BA). Hopefully a supervisor or area manager that might read it and give them a well-deserved pat on the back. (A 20-dollar bill or more would also be a nice form of recognition from management) I used to be a hard-core QT fan. That has changed. Their stores are declining in quality. Some of their stores need a refresh. Their service and cleanliness have noticeably declined. Restrooms not getting enough attention. Too many times I have found their fountain drink dispensers out of something I wanted. Several of their locations are too frequently on the news for violent crimes that occur at the location. You better be strapped for your own protection. QT cashiers must get severely punished if they are found counting change back to the customer at a speed slower an than a automated high speed mechanical money counting machine. I only go to QT now if there is no other choice. *{Note: see how I told you people only write reviews about convenience stores to complain!} I switched to K&G in the middle of the pandemic. K&G has several new clean large stores, and more coming on line, with easy access parking lots and fuel pumps. At this store the soda fountain works 99.99% of the time. Clean, someone is always moping or wiping counters. I am in this store on average 3 times a week for gasoline, fountain drinks, and sometimes beer. As I walked out the other day, I thought about how nice and friendly the staff was. My appreciation for the friendly folks at 101st and Elm and a well-kept store. This review is recognition for their service! As for the cold beer. K&G has cold, walk in beer coolers. After mowing the lawn during the recent 110+ degree heat index days, I head down to K&G to get a six pack. I stand in the cooler until my core body temperature has lowered to near hypothermia. God, it feels good in there. Eventually someone is dispatched to check on me. Oh, not for my safety. But, to ensure I am not drinking!
