I'm just not a fan of Reasors in general. The layout doesn't flow well in my head. This store is fine. I feel like supply of groceries can be hit and miss compared to the others I pop into. The hot bar/deli isn't as full usually as others, and it can be tough to get an employee over. The employees here are nice enough though. Just a pretty neutral grocery store in my opinion. read more

As far as this location's bakery goes, I'd give them a 0 star rating if I could. The past 2 times I've tried to order a cake from this location, it's been an elder lady taking and placing the orders, unfortunately I've never caught her name. I witnessed her be EXTREMELY rude to the customer in front of me the first time, then continued to give me an attitude when I tried to place my order. Coming in a second time in hopes it would be someone else taking my order, and once again, same lady and same attitude. I like this Reasor's HOWEVER please be careful they have a habit of using misleading signs to trick you into buying more expensive products. The most recent example was cereal. The sign says selected varieties but did not list the varieties. Since the shelf sits alone and not on the cereal isle you are led to think all of the varieties on that shelf. I have never had a drier cake and less flavorful from any bakery. I ordered an important reception cake at the 41st and Garnett store at the bakery. I have ordered good cakes from Reasor's before ( the one at 71st & Sheridan). This cake was half chocolate and half vanilla sheet cake that was not good in any way. the cakes were almost stale and the buttercream ( and I use that term loosely) frosting was shortening and sugar as it could be. Never order cake from that bakery you will be embarrassed to present it to you associates. read more

Hands down my favorite grocier in the tulsa metro. I always find everything I need and the prices are mostly reasonable. With every store you'll find a few things that cost more than somewhere else. This store recently underwent a complete remodel. I find it to be a good thing as the store has been modernized and looks nice. It's always a pain to find items as.merchandise has moved but it's not hard to get used to changes. If a grocery store can ever be a five star, it has to be this chain. Reasor's does not skimp on employees. They even hire baggers, and if you want, you can have them take your cart to the front while you get your car and drive up close. Reasors has nice incense sticks. One brand is Gonesh. It does not have the typical wood burning smell expected with the sticks. Other than Reasor's, you have to go online to find this brand. read more

Reasor's has become one of the stores you hear about that advertises sale prices but doesn't honor it when you check out. You have to be vigilant to make sure the price that is rung up is the correct one. Reasors has started offering sale prices only when you purchase quantities of the sale item. I purchased 10 Chobani yogurts at what was supposed to be $1 each if I buy 10. As I checked out I noticed it was not giving me the sale price. The checker called the manager who accused me of buying the wrong type. I got them all from the same case that had the sale price posted. On review, it charged the full price for 9 but the discount price was applied to one, which happened to be Lime flavored. There was another Lime flavored one that rang at the full price $1.29. This appears to be a scam. They offer a sale price only when you buy mass quantities, but don't apply the sale price to all of the items included. Reasors does this knowing most of us don't notice. Another scam that Reasors is perpetrating is the "clipped coupon" for Rewards card holders. You don't notice that it did not work until you get home. I did catch it at the check out 2 different times. It required the manager to do a special maneuver to achieve the correct price. The second time the checker told me I may need a new card. I went to the service counter where I was told that it wouldn't help to replace my card because the electronic coupons don't usually work anyway. read more

I don't shop Reasor's very often because of the price hikes when they remodeled the store. As of today, I will not shop at Reasor's again. A woman walked in ahead of me with a medium size dog; nothing to indicate it was a service dog. I found an employee and inquired if they allowed dogs in the store. He said that he questioned that also and was told any dog was allowed "unless asked to leave". I asked the checker and he said "service dogs only". My opinion; no pet belongs in a grocery store. It is disgusting to think dogs are wandering around a grocery store with their owner; or riding in a cart. Service dogs are an exception when marked as such. I continued my grocery shopping at Walmart Neighborhood Market at 31st and Harvard. They have a visible sign on their entrance that states "Service Dogs Only; no pets please". read more

We were looking forward to the advertised 12-hr sale. We just moved into the area (E.Tulsa) and needed to stock up on basics. What a great opportunity! However we soon realized it was just a gimmick to get people in the door. Shame on you, Reasor's. Saving $0.11 per lb of produce is really not a sale. Very few items were cheaper than competitor locations. My favorite was the "buy 10 bags of shredded cheese to get the sale price" SMH We looked through the circular and could not find a large number of sales, either, unless you purchased multiple items. We had a few items in our shopping basket (a prized commodity apparently) and got line. The wrong line. Customer said she was told an item counted in a multiple purchase discount. But it wasn't. And we waited... and neither the Asst mgr nor the cashier nor the customer apologized that we had to wait. Ever. It was just a bad experience that did not live up to the advertised hype. I expect better, especially from a well-known name. SMH. Not sure shopping there is worth the QT gas discounts. We will most likely give it one more try, but we found better prices at another established chain, and their staff was smiling and courteous. read more

Go in the day hours, if you must go there at all. After dark (and ESPECIALLY on the weekends, there's very little security, 1 cash register open and a TON of teenagers who charge their phones in the lobby at night so the inside is packed with rude kids who have nothing better to do but talk rude to the 1 security guard and 1 cashier that are trying to be pleasant.) The parking lot stays full of kids who stand in front of the double doors and block customer traffic. It's truly an uncomfortable feeling to see about 50 kids watch you unload your groceries into your car. Harmless? Probably. But still.......not comfortable. As many years that I've passed into this strip mall (gotta go to Michael's ya know), I've never seen a police officer drive through. Never. I don't have a problem with their product line because they carry a variety of ordinary items. Nothing high end or any specialty ingredients like you would see on the Food Network so really, don't get your hopes up here. The veggies look tired - like they've seen better days and they don't really have a good sale like you would expect. One tiny, tiny bunch of collards is $4.00. wow! Still pricey especially their meats (even the pre-packaged stuff like breakfast sausage is still $5.00 for a very small roll). No real sales at all. The "rewards" card don't give you any benefit that I can see inside the store and only gives you a minimum amount of $$ off at the QT. You cannot see the lines on the parking spaces in the parking lot. Park at your own risk. The shoppers here are hell on cars with the carts and their car doors. read more

I have shopped this store many times in the last few months. Every time I have gone to the deli for hot food. No one is there and when they do show up they are rude and act put out to even help u. When checking out there are very few checkers and long lines. I have started using a different Reasor's even though it is less convenient. I hope management can fix these issues. read more

This is my favorite grocery store. It is always clean with lots of staff to help you find anything. They have a pretty large selection of items too. I love the cheese area and the olive bar. I can't even bring myself to go to other grocery stores anymore. They actually bag your groceries for you and give you the option between paper and plastic and will take your groceries to your vehicle for you! Also, let me mention Shipt. If you haven't tried this service from Reasor's, I highly recommend it. You order what you want online and then someone goes and picks up your groceries for you and delivers them to your home. I don't have a issue with reasors as a store it's just the pickup process for doordash. There's a pickup number that nobody ever answers . I always have to call the store main number and then a they tell whoever and then I still sit outside for longer than I'm supposed to . Us drivers don't make money from these grocery orders so sitting outside waiting 20 -30 minutes for $6 is ridiculous especially since the food is paid for and sitting inside in a cart read more

When my wife inquired this year, they didn't have any, but the manager took my wife's number and offered to check into getting one. The deli workers are rude, mean and slow! I will be standing there waiting to be helped and they will all be standing there talking, look over at me then go back to talking. This grocery store is great except for the parking. The store is clean and actually has employees on the floor. I haven't seen that in a long time. Besides the usual shelf foods there is a section with cooked items that you could make a takeout dinner for yourself. The mashed potatoes and white cream gravy was delicious. At the checkout counters. there were ample available regular line checkers, fast lane, and self checkout choices without long waiting lines. I was impressed most about how many employees I saw in the store. It seems like some grocery stores run on a skeleton crew and don't offer as many different brand items I think because they stick to buying fewer for better bulk prices to make more profit. read more

This location isn't bad. Although they have recently undergone a big remodeling, it's still a pretty good Reasor's. I come back to this location because it's clean, and the stock is always well kept up. Not to mention it's close by to the mall and a bunch of other retailers, so you can get multiple shopping done if necessary. The only downside would be the traffic in the area. read more

This Reasors is always super busy, but generally pretty efficient. We recently ordered some breakfast and snack trays for some work functions. The first morning when I got there to pick it up, it wasn't ready. They worked quickly to get it done, but I feel like it may have been a little sparsely filled because the next time I picked up, the tray seemed a lot fuller. The fruit trays we got in the afternoon were good, but pretty expensive and on the second day, there were no strawberries, just an abundance of grapes and melons.
