He made some patriotic cupcakes for my nephew's 16th b-day when he realized the cupcakes were missing from our pick-up order. Long time card member here as well as Costco so I've been around the volume stores for a long time now. This location has always been super clean and things are almost always easy to locate unlike Costco where items are always changing locations or either getting replaced. We picked up 3 pies that were literally the biggest I've ever seen. Apple , Pecan & pumpkin and all wee under $20 for the lot . We grabbed a container of cookies as well for a smokin deal. They had some pretty decent prices on beef but we didn't grab any but I'll be keeping that in mind for the next trip. Restroom was super clean and there was some actual soap instead of the sanitizer that I've seen @ other locations. I will say though that with everyone that was in the store they only had 2 check outs open and the rest were self checkout ‍ that just drives me crazy too read more

Just had the best experience with the tire and battery department at Tulsa Hills Sam's club. Jason the department manager took ownership of a problem I had with getting all four tires in that I ordered. He made the problem his own until it was resolved. His three employees, Arly, Steve and Anthony were very professional and took care of my hard-to-mount tires. The whole team was great to deal with. I give the whole team a thumbs up. For a quick meal, this can't be beat for value. $1.50 for a monster all Beef dog and a drink, $2.50 for a monster piece of pizza and a drink. $1.50 for berry sundae...so why only 3 stars? It's not all about being cheap. Every time I've been here the tables are a mess, AND they are out of condiments, or they are out of food. Case in point, I've been here twice in 2 days to visit the pharmacy...each day, tables were filthy, first day no relish or onions, second day no onions...and there apparently is no longer any kraut. read more

It's a club. It is huge corporate store with so many people getting paid to stand around and 6 self check out lanes where people are literally yelling for assistance. You would think those people should go to lines where they can have people check them out...alas, there were only 3 of those with 4-5 people consistently in those lines. Then for the second time in 30 days the price on the entrance of the store is different from the actual pump price. The gas is cheaper than most places, the signs need to reflect correct pricing. We're members and will stay members. Depending on who is working at the deli we eat there. (Pre-fixed food, some follow direct better than others). read more

The employees at this Tulsa Hills location are so sweet and in the store is usually always appropriately stocked. Yesterday I grabbed 2 boxes of carefully packaged beautiful yellow peaches that were just delicious!!! read more

Gas pumps are straight across from the store. During busy periods, it is almost impossible to get across the street from one to the other. What were they thinking? For sure they were not thinking about the customer!!! read more

Pros: This is where we come when we want a cheap, quick dinner. $1.50 for a Nathan's hot dog plus a large fountain drink. Can't beat that deal. Living with my husband, 2 kids, and 2 brother in laws, I try to buy everything in bulk. Keep Panera bread soups (purchase them near rotisserie chickens) on hand in the freezer at all times. Cons: Lines are never long, but takes forever to get through them. Hate their return policy. Return an item without a receipt 3x/in a 6month period and can't make any returns for rest of the year. First time sams member usually have Costco but switched because sams is closer to home. Upon walking into sams no one gave us directions to where to go and we found the desk for our memberships and stood at the desk the only ones at the desk two workers and no one is even speaking to us I had to speak up and ask them where I get my stuff and still no help read more

I nave shopped at Sam's Club in 4 different states and this is the first time I have ever been yelled at by an employee. The woman who was cleaning the carts at the entrance at about 4 to 5 pm on 9/22/2020 was the rudiest as she yelled that I was to walk my "ass" her words over there (pointing to the wipes) and clean whatever I was going to use myself. All of this was said as I was standing there while my cane was holding me up. I am clearly disabled! I decided I woulsn't escalate the situation and as jobs are not easy I didn't want her fired so I got the wipe and went on about my business. But the let others know not all of the people at this store are great or even good I wrote this review. read more

This location is much nicer than the one on 71st. Of course, it is newer and that might explain it. It's got everything you could ever want - and in bulk! The employees are kind and more than willing to point you in the right direction when you're looking for something specific. They always have plenty of lanes open. The snack bar has good food at low prices, the best being the pizza and hot dogs. The restrooms are spotlessly clean. Personally, my family doesn't do much bulk shopping. I primarily go here for flowers for my wife. Their floral arrangements rival those of both local and online florists. Or I go to get desserts for social occasions. The recently installed self checkout lanes for people getting 10 items or less have been a lifesaver. I know there are tons of store in Tulsa Hills, but this one's the best for your basics. read more

My favorite location of the three in Tulsa. Seems to be the cleanest and most consistently well-stocked. The 71st & Mingo store sometimes has a wider selection, but this location generally has everything I'm looking for. Like the addition of self-check lines. read more
