I ask for a refund and the owner says that the person who maintains the equipment said he will refund all charges that were made on the machine. I instantly thought, wait, didn't you say that you couldn't get a hold of the guy. I immediately reported this to corporate so that these poor college students wouldn't have the same experiences as i did. No "out of order" sign. No "contact this number" posted. Unreal. $2.50 isn't the end of the world but it adds up. Beware of this fuel station.

I scheduled a pickup at 9. However, they weren't able to pickup the car until 5PM. They are better than other tow services in the area for 2 reasons. They have availability in 48 hours. They at least pickup the car within the same business day as scheduled even if it's very late. Edit: I changed it from 3 to 1 stars. I actually used this business before. I had a car accident. A driver was available at the location to pickup another vehicle. He took all of my information down. However, he never came back to pickup my car. Before of that, I had my car impounded and it cost me significantly just to get rid of a totaled car.

The original ETA is 35 minutes, but it is still 35 minutes after 1.5 hours of waiting. What happened is this company doesn't understand how to do ETA correctly. There was one guy working that night only and he was still on the previous job, that's why their ETA is the traveling time from the previous location to ours, without considering how long the previous job would take. After multiple phone calls and wait, we asked the insurance company to assign another local company and we were assigned one that cannot be found on Google, but the guy came after 20 minutes since it was assigned to him and jump started our car in 2 min and we were on our way. Long story short, call nonstop to reach to ur insurance company if they assign this local company to you as their ETA is very very off. I repeat, try to get someone else to help if you can because their ETA is the worst thing in the world. I mean, I'm sure their service is fine as it's not hard to jump start a car.. but u will have to pass that ETA hurdle first, which we did not. While we are between calls, I mentioned to my husband that I'm gonna write a bad review for this place, and he said sure, I give you permission to do so (he RARELY does since he doesn't want to hurt any business in COVID). I understand that they're disrespectful at times and it's hard to manage the theft prevention when it's only one person working. I'm upset with how she talks to & about our children in front of others customers. Today she stopped helping a customer to screamed across the store at an adult because she thought it was a child. Parents please be aware of how your children are being treated at the Taj!!!! Maybe if the children were treated with respect they might just respect you back. They're just children .
