I'd been eyeing this place for months and finally made it happen with a double date night out. A…read morelittle out of the way for me, but I'll always make the drive for a food truck concept that's leveled up to brick and mortar. The interior nails that Southern Cali college town energy with retro decor and good music at a volume where you can actually hold a conversation. Temperature was perfect, staff was warm and helpful, and the vibe overall just works. My wife and I had hoped to split a "Biggy" burrito, but our protein preferences don't overlap, so we each ended up with our own "Pee-Wee." No custom halves here, which cost us an extra $4.50 and left me feeling like we got less food total than a shared Biggy would have given us. If you have any appetite at all, size up. My steak Ol' Skool burrito was solid, though I made the mistake of going with the mild sauce. It needed more heat to really bring it together. The fries-in-the-burrito thing also isn't really my style. I'm more of a beans, rice, and fresh lime squeeze kind of guy, so I came away a little underwhelmed on that front. But that's a taste preference, not a knock on the place. Worth a visit, no question. Just come hungry, go spicy, and know whether you're a fries-in-your-burrito person before you order.

I feel really bad that I never updated my last review but now is as good of a time as any…read more This is my mom's most favorite Mexican restaurant, and although she was unable to leave her house, I could deliver her her most favorite meal on her birthday. Her favorite is the #11 Enchilada (she prefers them because of the shredded chicken and "soft on her teeth" aspect). I personally ordered one of their Taco Salads (Asada, because I love steak)! It was absolutely delicious and loaded in ingredients. We also ordered a side of their medium size French fries and they were cooked exceptionally well and came with plenty of ketchup and mayonnaise (just in case you might want to make "fry sauce"; the Utah favorite out of them). I had kindly suggested to make the birthday meal "extra special", and the employees went above and beyond to do just that! Got a few tasty unexpected treats along with the sweetest note that can still bring tears to her eyes! The attention to detail, friendly and accommodating employees, along with the freshness of food and good portion sizes is the reason why this place deserves over a 10+ rating! Thank you ALL so very much. And if you're on the fence about this place, I highly recommend that you give them a shot!

I got a bacon cheeseburger. My wife got the pastrami burger and we both enjoyed it. I liked that I was able to add grilled onions and fresh jalapeños for no up charge . Tasted like the food was cooked fresh being it came out hot and didn't have a long wait. The burger bun was one of those soft buns kinda like a Hawaiian role. Burger was flavorful but not greasy. I liked how it was served in foil wrap where we could food down the sides and eat without getting anything on our hands. As for the ambience, the first table we sat at was super wobbly so we switched tables. Second table the napkin holder was really dusty which was kinda gross for us as we noticed it when we needed one while we were eating and it felt like it was going to get our food and hands dirty. We did look over at other napkin holders and the others didn't look dusty. Though the overall restaurant felt and looked pretty clean. Meals where convo comes with fries but drinks are ordered separately. They have fountain options and glass drink options. Overall it was a good experience and if in the area I would stop by again.

I've never been to an In-N-Out in Utah and this may be my first and only visit to one of the…read morerestaurants in this state. I stopped in for a late lunch/early dinner and I chose to order and eat inside because the drive thru line was way too long. I hadn't eaten all day so I ordered two Double Doubles, Animal Fries, and a small soda. This is what I usually get at other In-N-Outs if I'm really hungry. I ended up waiting over ten minutes for my food while plenty of other customers who came in after me ordered and got their food in a couple of minutes. I don't know what was taking so long for my order, but I was getting impatient. Maybe it was the grilled onions. That's usually the excuse for why an order is taking longer to prepare, but I don't know. When I got my food everything tasted great as always but not long afterwards on the drive to Salt Lake City I started feeling ill. I had an upset stomach that started to hurt a little and when I got to my hotel I had to lay down for a while. Fortunately things didn't get any worse but I couldn't eat anything for the rest of the day and just had small amounts of water. I don't know if I've ever gotten sick from eating In-N-Out food before. I've had this same order from many other In-N-Outs before and never had an issue.

Staff was polite, the food came out pretty quickly, and everything felt organized. Burgers were simple but solid quality, fries were fresh, and overall the experience lived up to the hype more than I expected. Not life-changing gourmet food -- but definitely a good classic burger stop with a nice atmosphere.
