There was a messy discount bin in one of the main aisles and the drivers lounge is filled with boxes of merchandise. We ate at the Denny's inside this establishment and got a drink to go at the Flying J. The cashier waved us over to her register then completely ignored us when we was talking to her. My husband asked for a receipt and she was already waving over another customer. Ring em' up and move em' out kind of thing here. I didn't appreciate that at all.

When I…read morecalled about an issue, I was told the self-checkout attendant couldn't assist customers because they had to keep all of their attention on monitoring self-checkout for theft. Meanwhile, only three or four regular checkout lanes were open, and several employees appeared to be standing around instead of helping customers. It seems there is little emphasis on customer service. If I worked there, I would gladly open another register and treat honest, paying customers the way they deserve to be treated. Good customer service encourages customers to return, and unfortunately, that was not my experience.

They actively discourage having good relationships and rapport with loyal customers. Half of the children working there just stand around and talk amongst themselves, while knowing nothing about their products or about nutrition/health. It's obvious why they have such a high turnover rate, even amongst store managers. Don't shop here if you're a gregarious or extroverted person who enjoys building friendships with clerks they see often.
