I just want to join in with the complaints and vent. So I live in the neighborhood and would go here sometimes as they have some interesting items and some of the prices are quite good. This day I was looking for some soup and had been the the 7-Eleven about a block away (which is usually quite good) and they didn't have any but I did pick up a fountain drink and some chips as I was there. So I thought I'd check this place, they didn't have it either so I left. Now, I had my drink and chips in a small cooler with a carrying strap as I often use going to the store for drinks. Didn't buy anything and went out, the man at the counter said something at me in broken English about my bag I said how I had all this when I came in, he followed me out yelling something at me I could not understand. I made the mistake of stopping to try to explain better by showing him the drinks (in 7-Eleven cups they DO NOT sell) to which he continued to yell at main a language I don't know (an Asian language) stole my chips, at which point I walked away, with him yelling some foreign word at me. I hate being treated like a criminal every time I take a bag in a store, honestly if I was going to steal something (which I never would) I'd put it in my coat or pants pocket as most of my pockets are quite large. Normally I tend to.just not go places that treat me like a criminal,even if previously I would be there multiple times a month or week, but this was so egregious I'll avoid this place like the plague.

When visiting the bathroom, I wasn't given the code, because someone was in there, so I had to grab the door before it closed. Inside the bathroom, there was no soap ... not the soap dispenser was empty ... there was nothing AT ALL! Gas Buddy said $0.05/gal off with Shell Fuel Rewards, but got $0.03/gal off. Overall one of the worst gas station experiences in ever. I see that reviews say that reviews are taken seriously, but considering the 1 reviews from the past year, I don't think this is true. As a frequent Shell customer: Avoid this Shell station!

But when asked his name he began to address me in the rudest manner. This man never even took glance at my ID I. Which it was expired by 3 months and allowed me to purchase. Then as he's doing this I watched as another employee once again not properly name tag call a man stupid that came in store to cash lotto instead of return the tickets the lady ripped them up and trashed them without consent of customer and began to argue with him and the. A third member of came in after asking many times for the employees names and managers name they began yelling and cursing me in middle of store refusing to give names and refusing to return the other Customers lotto winnings I then asked the third employee also not properly named if she could give me there names instead in a smart ass remark she said if the wanted to give there name they would and with a foul smirk on her face and said your stupid I don't see why your still standing here and was of no assistance. Never in my whole 41 years have I ever been so disrespected and can not believe the manager even has people under her management and in her store that speak to loyal customers in the manner they spoke to me and that poor man they were down right rude disrespectful unlawful employees who should be terminated for there actions. I've now twice had issues redeeming scratch tickets here…read more 1) I got whined to about a $25 scratch ticket, that they'd have to give me 1 $5 and the rest in $1s, and couldn't believe I was doing this to them... ok... 2) Today on 3/14 I went in with some scratch winnings at 6am. The assistant manager was totally awesome (Gladys I believe her name was). When she tallied up my winnings, over $50, she was figuring out how to pay out. Then this lady comes in (I hope is the manager because it would explain why most people here have some kind of attitude issue) and begins complaining to me. "You're really doing this to us at 5 in the morning?!" It was 6, figure out time before you become a smart***. "You know we don't carry this money in case we get robbed" to which I replied, "I don't know your guidelines, c'mon". And she sent out other little quips and threw a fit. I offered to just cancel and come back, but I guess because they were already scanned we couldn't do that. Some feedback, if you can't payback small winnings (according to the 5am lady, it was a huge winning) then don't sell anything lottery and don't complain to the customer because of your poor cash management skills. Gladys was great and gave recommendation to come later in the day which I totally accepted that feedback. When I tried to get the 5am lady's name, she took off into a closet room.

It's my right to wear a mask to protect myself and others. I cannot afford to get sick and miss work. I have a lot of immunocompromised friends. I never said anything or asked anyone else to mask. I walked towards the bathroom and she FOLLOWED me, insisting that I take my mask off because of a store "policy." I refused.
