Fast forward to the next day, I give them a call about an hour after they opened and they told me the prescriptions (I had 3) would be ready in about 30 minutes, so I headed that way within the hour. After waiting in the pharmacy drive thru for 20 minutes, I got to the window and they told me they had lost my prescription and it would be another hour. How do you lose someone's medications?! Especially after calling to confirm they'd be ready less than two hours before? I eventually got them but that was the first and last time I'll use this pharmacy. Super unprofessional, absolutely zero urgency, and the customer service was mediocre at best. Definitely look else where if you're needing a prescription filled.

My son was diagnosed with strep throat and a prescription for amoxicillin was called in. After it showed "in progress" for a couple of hours, I called simply to ask how much longer it might take. Michelle, the pharmacist who answered, was immediately rude and condescending. She spoke to me as if I was stupid, insisted there was nothing on file despite it showing in progress on my end, and snapped that they were slammed and it would be a while longer. I was calm and polite throughout the call and did not call to cause an issue. I do not call pharmacies and start calling people names without being provoked. I was calling because my child was sick and needed medication. Shortly after this interaction, my pediatrician's office called me and said the pharmacy refused to fill my son's prescription and had it sent elsewhere. Refusing to fill a necessary antibiotic for a sick child because a parent spoke up about rude treatment is, in my opinion, ABUSIVE and completely unacceptable. When I called back, the pharmacy manager Nate defended the behavior instead of addressing it. The store manager Chris was also dismissive and defended Michelle's behavior which is honestly shocking given Michelle's name appears repeatedly in Google reviews over the past several years for being rude, yet nothing has changed. No one took accountability or showed concern for my child's health. I will not be using this pharmacy again or shopping with King Soopers anymore and strongly caution other parents to think twice when their children need care.

The lay out is a little cramped, but I understand is a smaller store. I think they may be understaffed as the floor is always a mess and things are just laying around everywhere. The only reason I'm giving them two star instead of one is because they do have a pretty well stocked toy section which was impressive considering the rest of the store looks like it's been torn by a tornado.
