More often than not, my interactions with this Smith's market is through the click list pick-up. I…read morelove being able to go into the app, shop the weekly ads and coupons and then picking up my order at a specified time. I've never had an issue with the order being ready on time. I debated between 4 or 5 stars because sometimes the substituted items aren't what I wanted but then realized that is more on me than smiths since customers can provided instructions for substitutions. In the rare case that the wrong thing was included, the customer service has been outstanding. I find that the selection of foods is really good. I can find almost anything I need for a recipe and it seems that the store does a good job at keeping everything in stock, except for TP and Paper Towels, but that isn't due to Smiths not trying. People be hoarding.
