It was one of those things when hunger and barbecue came to my mind. I ordered two chopped beef brisket sandwiches and wow, they were delicious. One for the road, and one to take with me for later. The meat was tender and flavorful, and I added some of their house made barbecue sauce, which really took it to the next level. I got to watch the sandwiches being prepared right in front of me, and everything looked as good as it tasted. You know Texas is famous for its barbecue, and BW Smokehouse definitely lives up to that reputation. If you get the chance, I highly recommend stopping by and placing an order I don't think you'll be disappointed. The price was right and you do get a very good portion of the beef.
