We expected at least a brief explanation or some guidance on how to cook the meat, what sauces or seasonings to use, or recommendations for beginners. To make matters worse, no one informed us until the very end of the meal that there would be an additional charge for uncooked meat left on the table. Had we been told this upfront, we would have ordered differently or made sure to finish everything we had. Waiting until the end to mention this felt unfair.
