And overall i have encountered no problems. I cannot attest to anyone else's experience but as I review businesses I prefer to visit several times to try to get an overview of how they operate. There will be good and bad experiences because you are dealing with people and circumstances change. What i look for is consistency in their operations and interactions. A generally good business will try to minimize the bad experiences. Luckily in this case i can see their interactions with others when i am here. I pay attention to how this business interacts with other customers as well as myself. From what i see and experience this is a business i would recommend trying.

They drained his oil & left him sitting in his car for over an hour. He finally asked what the issue was, and they told him his oil drain plug was stripped out & they were out of universal plugs to fix their screw up. So... my son sat there in his car, not being able to leave & WE had to go buy a new drain plug & take it there, for them to put it in, even thou THEY stripped it. Now my son will be late to work, because of them. We will NEVER take a vehicle there again. So everyone please beware

As nervous and stressed as we were, they welcomed us kindly and assisted us to the best of their ability. Even to the point of calling around to other places bc we needed a new wheel since ours ended up being cracked. We purchased the tires that they had and headed out to where they helped us find wheels. I say that to say that they're not the selfish repair services that say whatever to get you to spend money or mislead you. They genuinely helped knowing we knew nothing about cars or the area.
