Work they did at a lower price than the dealer was cheaper for a reason. Brackets they could not get off they hacked off leaving jagged edges that cut into wiring harnesses shorting out the computer. When presented with the bill to repair their damage by another , reputable, mechanic I was handed a load of garbage about insurance adjusters and all the reasons they were taking so long to pay my claim. After weeks and weeks of excuses, and many trips to this shop(they never answer their phone, they screen for angry customers) showing several times the proof of their damage and lousy work, I was given a line about my claim being denied for causes like, " you should have brought it to us to fix", right as if... "And the mechanic that fixed it used used parts", also not true, and "we did that work months ago", so how long does it take a piece of jagged metal saw through a wiring harness? Sorry mine was slow. Anyway, these guys are not very reputable, believe the stories, wish I had. Stay clear and warn your friends and family. ( they also rebuilt my mother-in-laws transmission only to find it was a completely different problem to blame for the car not changing gears, oh, she still had to pay for both repairs.)

Could have charged me to come out and diagnose the issue. Instead took 5 minutes on the phone and walked me through different solutions.
