I found the shop by luck from my google search. Reviews look promising & as I was traveling alone I wanted to find a trusted shop if I could. Well, I did! Grady got me with a tow truck, got my trailer situated at his shop and even let me use his utilities as we had to stay the night to wait on the part. He ended up saving me $300 on the part (my vacuum pump went out) and had us back on the road by the next morning. I wish he wasn't a 3 1/2hr drive to get to otherwise he'd be my new mechanic!! There the shifter would not go back into park so we could not get it started. The shifter linkage had broken. It was 6pm at night. We tried fixing this ourselves with no luck. It was getting to be about 9:30 pm at that time. Every tow company was busy that night and we were not sure what to even do. Justin was recommended to us by Dennis' Tow Garage and he promptly came out. Sybil told me she couldn't help us, but she knew Justin from Lashleys would know how to help. Wow ...like the other review...if we could give him more than a 5 star review we would !!!! More like a million. It was such a pleasure to have this young man helping us. He was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, determined, has great work ethic and a problem solver. Lasley's and Justin are prime examples of making America Great After dropping our car off at our local chevy dealer by 3:15 am, we are now back on the road. When they got them the next morning, 4 guys got to work on them. we were back on the road!!! When you're out of town and strangers try to help you it means a lot! And then hit me with a $60 per tire charge!!!? That is ridiculous! That's more than I paid for the tires! Brand New tires cost 80-90 bucks for crying out loud. They did me super dirty and I would warn others. This was price gouging to the max! No one told me up front that my bill would end up being over $250. I never would have agreed to that! Update. We still had several hundred miles left ahead of us on a Sunday evening. Lewis Murray Tire appeared closed, but we decided to give them a quick call (the signs said 24/7 service) and were connected to the nicest woman who promised to get someone down to the shop within the hour. She personally arrived with David who got our tire patched and helped us get on our way safely. Probably a little pricy for the late night service but worth every penny to avoid getting the donut spare put on by AAA! We could not be more grateful for their kindness and help in what could have been a huge headache. Highly recommend!
