My family and I were over 350 miles from home on a camping trip at Suwannee River Rendezvous when our Denali suddenly started running horribly just as we were heading out to the springs. After a quick stop at O'Reilly's to pull the codes (which didn't help much), I asked for a recommendation, and they pointed me to J&W. I'm SO glad they did. I rolled in around 3:15 PM on a Wednesday, explained our situation, and let them know we had to be on the road by the next morning. Most shops would've either turned us away or seen us as an opportunity to charge a premium, knowing we were in a bind. But not J&W. They got us in immediately, diagnosed the issue, fixed it, and had us back on the road by 4:30--just over an hour later! The price was incredibly fair, the service was honest, and the kindness they showed us was unforgettable. Thanks to J&W, our family trip was saved and we were able to enjoy the rest of our time without a hitch. I truly hope I never have car trouble on a camping trip again--but if I do, I know exactly where I'm going. Highly, highly recommend!

Grady got me with a tow truck, got my trailer situated at his shop and even let me use his utilities as we had to stay the night to wait on the part. He ended up saving me $300 on the part (my vacuum pump went out) and had us back on the road by the next morning. I wish he wasn't a 3 1/2hr drive to get to otherwise he'd be my new mechanic!! Originally, roadside assistance set my car's destination to a Chevrolet dealership, but it's a Toyota, so after I called Kyle to check the status of my tow, he recommended that I have my car towed directly to Certified instead since there's a mechanic there as well. Tow and mechanic? I'm all for it! William was dispatched to our location, and he contacted me when he was on the way and arrived so quickly! He also patiently waited for our ride to arrive before getting the car on the truck. I was amazed at how smoothly everything went considering it was late on New Year's Evening. My car was diagnosed and fixed the very next day. My fiancé was able to pick up the car the following day. The part, labor, and tow totaled to $400. How awesome is that? You guys saved my life! We still had several hundred miles left ahead of us on a Sunday evening. Lewis Murray Tire appeared closed, but we decided to give them a quick call (the signs said 24/7 service) and were connected to the nicest woman who promised to get someone down to the shop within the hour. She personally arrived with David who got our tire patched and helped us get on our way safely. Probably a little pricy for the late night service but worth every penny to avoid getting the donut spare put on by AAA! We luckily stumbled upon Kenda Truck Center and they were amazing going out of their way to let us rent a truck to deliver a load we have been sitting on for over 2 days with a disgruntle customer forcing us to deliver this load at 8 am in Holiday FL about 220 miles away from Kenda Truck Center. Virginia was kind enough repair our truck and also let us get to our delivery on time with their truck due to our VTT going out on our truck causing us to lose our turbo. I have never in my life come across such kind people who are dedicated to helping someone in a time of need when ever other shop in a 60 mile radius was not able to help repair our Truck. Kenda Truck Center went over and beyond, beyond imagination to even rent us a truck and help a stressed owner out. I am not sure how I can thank this Repair shop. I never in my life in the 20 years of work have seen someone lend a helping hand out in a time of need to a stranger. I hope the work this team does is shown here in my review of them and I hope their business Thrives. With all this said their prices were $40 less compared to other repair shops in the area we went to. If I ever am in the Florida area you can bet your ass I will drive an additional 100 miles to get to this shop for there honesty, customer service and going over for there customers.
