I called them and they took on the case stating that I had a valid claim. Citizens denied it again. All claims got lawyers involved and after a year long battle, got me the money I needed for my repairs. Citizens ended up paying after all. Its funny what a good public adjuster and a lawsuit will do. Citizens played hardball with me, All claims took care of the rest. Laura was great.
