The level of communication was exemplary, especially as I had Contacted her in the morning and by the afternoon we had agreed on a design and scheduled pick up !!!!! I think I have only worked with Frank who always successfully delivered exceptional service. I started working with them through a verbal recommendation. Their quotes are always exactly what you get charged, the print quality is phenomenal and on-time and lastly the service is above par. In my earlier years I struggled with intermediate graphic design skills which can be a bear when designing your first few large-scale, wide-format graphics....Frank was very insightful, helpful and would go out of his way to assist and ensure timely production. I worked with this shop on approximately 4 different times on about 10 jobs total, flyers, banners, tradeshow backdrops etc - was always very happy with my experience. lol where are all the other great reviews? Sharyn P. is a rock star! I needed a sandwich board and basically by the end of that business day my order was done. Then a week later, I needed a more work done. I have a mobile business that needed lettering added to my coach, so I drove over, we measured, I gave her the information. The next day, I called ahead of time letting them know I was coming in to get the lettering put on...by the time I shut off my engine in their driveway...Sharyn was already getting the lettering on the coach and off I went.....
