My grandson bought his first car for Max. He was so happy got a decent payment plan and then five months after he buys it the transmission goes out and it's a 2017 with less than 80,000 miles on it. He had to wait three months just for a title now they don't even give him a loaner that's bull crap . Max motor is horrible poor customer service in the long haul . The car had a recall on parts on the transmission that they fixed less than two weeks prior to him buying it and didn't tell him. They took advantage of him because of his age and first time buyer . I would NOT recommend Max Collision, find anywhere else to go. It took 4 months to get my car back from hitting a deer. When we went to pick it up the license plates were gone, they either lost them or they were stolen! So now we have to go replace our license plates! I'm an auto dealer and they turned down my repair work on the a pillar because he said it was too hard for them. "This is a hard repair for us, I don't even want the work" he was willing to put the entire car back together but when I told him I wanted the a pillar repaired because I had already ordered the door and fender, he declined the work. It was easy to see after my vast experience that this "collision" repair facility only wants insurance jobs to gain the most money for the least amount of work possible. If I were searching for collision repair I would continue the search the lack of Integrity is obvious at this location. read more

I had a great experience at Max! I locked my keys in my car and a mechanic where I work used a gadget with a pump on it to get in. During the half-hour process, the tool scratched the paint and metal on the inside of the car door and the side and top of the door frame. The car is paid for and for being a 2011, is in really good shape, so we decided to have it repainted. I took it to Max Motors Collision in Harrisonville, MO, and after having it for only two days, they made it look brand new! The red paint matches perfectly and the job was relatively inexpensive. Bob couldn't have been more knowledgeable in what needed to be done and was always there to answer any questions I had. Great job, great place and I would absolutely do business with them again.
