It is relatively new, very clean and only about $5 per day (bring a towel or they'll charge you an extra $2.50 to buy one). The gym has everything you need for a good workout. That's why I refused to go for months. But eventually I gave in and my partner convinced me to give it a try and do 1 work out to see if I like it. And I'm so happy I did. We just finished our first month of CrossFit works outs and I loved every single class. My very first work out immediately dispelled the misconceptions I had about CrossFit. CrossFit Rincon is filled with lots of different kind of people - all different backgrounds, ages, body types, and levels of fitness. Head coaches, Reese & Valentina, are great. They motivate, cheer you up and help you challenge yourself. They celebrate your wins and always there to help you with your goals. Through our the WOD coaches consistently monitor and correct your form to help you do better. They can also modify some exercises to your ability and shape. Classes are intense, but it's like an adrenaline rush. The experience is addictive!
