I couldn't have asked for a better realtor for the sale of my condo!! A little backstory... I bought my condo in early 2006 when housing prices were at their peak. When the housing market crashed, I figured I'd be upside down on the loan forever. Fast forward to 2018. Housing prices are creeping up but selling wasn't a thought on my mind. I had been on Max's email list for years, tracking the value of my condo but didn't see it getting as high as when I bought. I called Max one day starting the conversation by saying "I'm not looking to sell, I just have a quick question about the most recent email I received about the value of my condo." His response was "no problem" and then he took the time to walk me through the current market and explain that it was a perfect time to sell. No pressure, he only gave me the information I needed to make a decision. I called him a week later and said "let's do it!" Max and his team were the best. They responded within hours to emails and text messages. They kept me informed throughout the entire process, guided me through each step and advised me on what's to come. He even gave me a few referrals to contractors when I needed to makes repairs during the negotiations. Max new what I wanted to get from the sale of the condo.
