It resulted in numerous phone calls and trips to the place on my part. While the product the eventually replaced, it should not have taken so much time and involved miscommunication. Wont be returning anytime soon. In retrospect, I should have taken "before" pictures of my clothes and should have asked to see their printed policy, in case of clothing damage.
