(Uh-oh). We got an IMMEDIATE response and a date within two days, to do the job. He and his wife are very courteous, prompt, and beyond reasonable. There was communication when he was leaving to arrive on the job. Wilcio did such a great job on our sad looking brick, that we asked if he would also do our side yard and patio. He cleaned both additional areas the SAME day! Wow. The entire job took about four hours. He has good power equipment, knows what he's doing, and as I have said before, his services are BEYOND reasonable. He is a hard worker, and professional. On an interesting note, Wilcio was born in Haiti, has an American wife from Tennessee AND has been here for 10 years. He speaks three languages (French, English, and Creole ). He is a family man with several children, and works two jobs. I highly recommend Wilcio and will not hesitate to contact him in the future. This is a business worth supporting!

I understand if people forget or have things come up, but I have called his number multiple times in the last hour (even though they claim they are "open until 8pm") with no response. Came 4hrs late…read more Tenants moved out and paid for hawl away. checked the property to find they had come and overflowed our private property trash cans along with our neighbors trash cans with most of the trash they were paid to hawl. They also stuffed motor oil and antifreeze into the recycling bin. They tried to hide an old propane tank behind a neighbor's trash bin. We watched the security cameras and saw them doing what I listed above. I called the number listed and the man that answered was clearly intoxicated. He told me he didn't do it. I advised him he was on camera and he told me "maybe it was me" He told me after I said I had him on camera that I "contradicted myself 20 times" But again, he was clearly drunk... after a few back and forth not so polite sentences he hung up. I know he was too intoxicated to remember his rude conversation with me but I said it's not a big deal if he didn't want to take certain things. He could have just told us (the owners) instead of stuffing all the nearby bins full and upsetting the whole neighborhood. We simply took the oil to AuotZone and the Propane tank to recycle at HomeDepot. Shame on this business.

I had used this service before-both times were ok, acceptable, with just a couple of issues I let…read morego. I called them again for a small load I needed taken away all of which I moved to my front room for easy takeaway given that we are still dealing with covid. The appointed time came and went-no phone call, no show. Had to call twice before they answered. After a long excuse they said they were going to be up to 3 hours later. Since I had other commitments I told them don't bother. I was already annoyed they hadn't called to advise me earlier they would be late. The text I got that followed said they do not service rude or disrespectful people that I needed to grow up. Not cool... Needless to say I called a competitor who said they could be here within the hour. I certainly will have to pay extra for short notice, however, they were very willing to accommodate my situation.
