I found Sam's Computer Solutions and noticed it had over 100+ 5 Star Google reviews so I gave the shop a call and described my issue. He had flexible and fast availability and I was able to schedule an appointment to drop off my PC within two hours of making the call (the Thursday before Memorial Day weekend). The gentleman who greeted me was friendly, reassuring, and professional. He clearly outlined what options I had, what the price points for each option was, if and how each option would or would not change functionality, and asked which option I'd prefer! He made sure I was comfortable with the pricing before moving forward. It sounded good so I left my PC and he assumed me it was in good hands. I got a text the following Monday morning (A holiday no less) saying my PC was ready to be picked up. The repair cost was exactly the lowest price he had quoted. I made an appointment to pick it up later that afternoon. Upon arrival he described everything he did to fix it (installation of new component, where he wound the additional length of wire if I wish to change the placement of the part, and let me know he dusted everything which I appreciate). I just got home and plugged in my PC and the hardware he installed worked perfectly! I am extremely satisfied with how Sam's Computer Solutions handled me every step of the way from initial phone call to pickup. They returned the product back almost 30 days after it was purchased via ebay money back guarantee for the product being defective and not showing a display screen. There was no communication at me at all stating the product was not working. After getting the item back, I inspected the unit and noticed the warranty sticker was tampered with on the screw of the gpu. The unit was then opened and noticed right away the gpu die and ram was taken out. This is why the gpu was 'defective' Do not do business with this shady company! These are the kind of things they are willing to do to screw you over. I lost over $3350 since ebay decided to favor them in the case. Do your business else where!
