When you first walk in, there is the bar with comfy seating at the bar and lounge area. The concert was downstairs so staff guides you where to go when coming in. Concert was fantastic and pricing was excellent for all what we got that night. The mood setting is nice downstairs for a concert. I had a lemondrop from the bar which was really good. Karaoke was on a school night. A DJ controls the Karaoke selections using Karafun. There were about 8 of us there. The DJ was playing good music in between if you wanted to take the mic and sing. Our group individually sang a few songs. It would be nice to have more of an enthusiastic audience, that is what we are used to at other venues. All in all, this is a great spot. However, when trying to order a 2nd round of drinks after tipping 20% our requests were repeatedly dismissed while others that came behind us were being served. When we finally did get served, I didn't realize my friend had paid for my drink and I put $15 on the bar for it. Once my girl told me she had already paid for my drink, I asked the bartender for my money back. She told me I only put $10 and despite my witnesses correcting her, she took it upon herself to STEAL $5 from me. In the future, I will not request service from this particular bartender. Other than that, it was a great time, and I look forward to my next visit!
