I brought my iPhone 12 Pro in to have the back glass replaced (badly cracked each time, yeah I suck) and to have a new battery installed. Every single guy I've interacted with has been awesome. They are very friendly, work quickly, care about the customers and are VERY accommodating. HOW accommodating you might ask? Well I brought my phone in yesterday to have the back glass and battery replaced. They were able to fix the back glass no problem but did not have the battery at the north park location so they asked to come in tomorrow. I mentioned that I wouldn't make it by closing because of my work commute. Well that didn't deter them from being awesome at all. Not only did Miguel, from the downtown shop, bring the battery up from his store, but he showed up at the north park location 30 minutes after closing AND replaced the battery for me. I choose to support local businesses and I am MORE than happy to spend some time writing up a review (here and on google) for great people behind a great local small business. When I left I couldn't use tap to pay to make the payment so I paid with Apple Cash via text. I also have a digital key I use for my car - that didn't function so I messaged them. I reset the phone and still don't function but I messaged them and they told me to bring it back on Monday. I paid 65.00 best price around though. I promise that I will update this review Monday once I have completed the repair and they've checked my phone out to figure out why the tap is not functioning now. UPDATE! Went back on Monday and the took care of my issue, tested it thoroughly and got my tap to pay and digital keep working in less than an hour. Phone is good as new!
