I had Maxima remove two trees that sat right on the property line in my backyard. The trees were tangled in with the electric lines to my house and the trees (one was an ash and susceptible to the emerald ash borer) actually leaned into and crossed each other. I didn't know that Ameren could disconnect the line to make it much easier for Antonio and his crew to work, but they worked around it. (And I had electricity the whole day.) We have a very large cotton wood tree that had a branch break towards the top. The tree is 150-200 years old and is a monster. The branch was above a road and sidewalk so it needed to come down immediately l. Called Antonio and he was out in less than 30 minutes. I was not familiar with Maxima's Tree Service, but got a bid from them for some tree trimming and a dying Ash tree removal. Jose was extremely responsive. I expected the work would take at least a full day, but they arrived mid-morning after having removed a tree for another customer. Jose texted before arriving and were at our house and working within an hour. They had a 6-8 man crew and trimmed several large limbs hanging over our roof, removed a fairly large dying tree in the backyard, and topped a couple pear trees. Since the limbs and trunk were large, they used a dingo skid steer and laid plywood across the yard to avoid damage. They cleaned up all limbs/leaves/debris and were done in just under 3 hours. I reached out to Antonio around noon on a Tuesday, and he was able to come by my house that same evening after I got off work to provide a bid.
