Trimmed up 12' from ground so it is now an umbrella!! Busy street totally exposed instead of shielded by tree under branches.

Omni was contracted by our Condo Association and did a horrible job of trimming away nearly all privacy. Crew demonstrated no judgment about landscaping aesthetic. Left many dead limbs but cut away live branches needed for beauty and privacy. Our Red Maple was chopped back so far from our home that our deck no longer will have privacy. Mature trees do not grow new branches on trunk below!! This tree is wrecked forever and my property value hurt. At the same time, there are numerous inner dead branches that were left. Do NOT let them trim unless you are home to supervise their 'wack-away' approach.

After owning a business for 34 years, I rarely if ever give a 1 Star Yelp, but for this company, I feel I MUST! They were hired to remove a dying tree in our side yard. I pre-payed for the removal and for well over a year I keep receiving Past Due invoices, even after I sent them a copy of the posted check. We then hired them to remove a Cypress tree in our front. Tom came out a gave a bid (which was very reasonable) to remove that tree, a gum tree, trim up a redbud and 2 pear trees. We were out of town and authorized the work to be done in our absence. When we returned, the Cypress and gum ball were gone, the redbud had been trimmed, but the pears had not. We made a call and was promised they would send someone out to finish the work.....after several months we had Tom back out. He gave us a written bid to trim 3 pear trees remove some crepe myrtles and trim a tree (didn't a name down). Again, we were gone when the work was done. I talked to the young man via my Ring doorbell and he asked me if I wanted the Honeysuckle removed in back, it wasn't on his work order. He didn't say "tree". (Honeysuckle in Calif is a vine we grown on trellis). I told him if my husband had marked it then, yes. What I WASNT TOLD IS THE HONEYSUCKLE WAS A BEAUTIFUL TREE THAT I LOVED , NOT A CLIMBING VINE'!!!!! I was devastated when we returned and the beautiful tree was gone, but they were inefficient enough to leave the stump as well as their shovel and tree trimmings. My husband called Tom. Tom could have cared less. No "I'm so sorry for the confusion, what can we do"....he just argued that it wasn't a tree and was just an invasive "bush". He took absolutely NO responsibility for not being on site when the work was done. He offered no compromise and totally BLEW my husband off! Where I made my BIG mistake is I made sure I had paid them BEFORE I saw the destruction. Here is before and after photos!!!

Removed quickly and efficiently by Omni - it was even bigger than what shows in the picture.

I have used Omni tree service in various occasions. They have always been reliable and do great work at a reasonable price.

Occasion: tree removal…read more Our landscaper recommended these guys for a job that was a little too big for his crew to handle. We had a dead tree that looked precarious such that we needed to have it removed. For us, this was a big deal. Especially during covid, when good entertainment is hard to come by. We got out our bag chairs and made the popcorn, ready to watch this go down. They rolled up with their equipment in tow, had us point out the offender and took off. They had our tree down, cleaned up, and packed up almost before the popcorn was empty. I'm kidding about the popcorn, but not about the professional manner in which this was handled. For us it was a big, kind of nerve wracking event - for them it was a Tuesday. Exactly how this should be. Would I return: yes but I hope I don't have to Would I recommend: yes

Made me take off work early to get a quote to get a Tree removed. They texted three hours before…read morethe scheduled time to try and come even earlier (not possible as I had already had to shift hours around to make the original time work). I informed them that wouldn't work and they acknowledged it. I was home 5 minutes before the scheduled time and had my front blinds open so I could watch for them. They never showed up. Addendum: After I informed them I was not interested in their business, they attempted to contact me, claiming they had meant the appointment was meant to be a time range (this was never communicated). After informing them that I had no interest in working with them, they then tried to call me to convince me to change my mind.
