Normally a great place, went there yesterday for the tripa tacos, to go requested they be cooked crispy, opened the container and tripa's were hella soggy tasted horrible. Very disappointing!! I normally love the place. Also they need to clean up the cooking area looked greasy, unkept. Hopefully they can get back on track, with the excellent tacos. Great food, solid service. The campechana is bursting with flavor. They often have real "al pastor" meat, on a skewer!! Some of the best "sopes" I've ever tasted (comparisons with the home country included). The taco salad is delicious and a healthier option (there's no masa, but still lots of rich crema). The only reason I came to eat here was because I heard it was the same food from El Progresso. So, I ordered 4 tacos, 2 carne asada and 2 tripas. The carne asada was kind of gross and the tripas were chewy and way too soft. My boyfriend ordered the carne asada fries and wasn't too thrilled. All that plus 2 drinks and our total was almost $30! The food uis excellent, but the customer service leaves alot to be desired. My order was completely wrong I asked for cheese in my tacos and it wasn't there (to go order and was already home). I also said no cilantro, it was there. I wanted onions, they were not there. The guy at the register was nice but seemed completely bored and bothered by my questions. They called ahead of you. My food is cold it set in front of me for a least 10 minutes before No one would give me eye contact. They just kept handing burritos to young men over there counter.
