The staff did a great job and were very communicative during the entire process. They were willing to work with us on price and gave us a discount based on other quotes. We were allowed to view the showroom and take some samples to the house to see how the floors would look in the sunlight. We were in close contact with one of the owners, Candi, as she would give us updates and answered any of our questions along the way. He was also flexible in additional requests we had along the way (like asking for a final glossy coat to finish the wood floors). I was originally going to replace carpet with LVP but found wood floors under the carpet! We chose to have the wood floors refinished and stained and they turned out fantastic! It looks like a completely new space. The job was scheduled within a few days and was completed on schedule. Included (for a fee) in the quote was assistance putting furniture back in the room which was helpful. I'd contact Antoine again for future flooring needs.

Phoenix showed up on time and the team was friendly and polite. They moved all the furniture with no damages or scratches. Throughout the project any dust etc. was kept to a minimum.
