Then I started going to Budd Lake. The staff there are great. Making appts is so easy and accommodating. I am on my fifth week there. I go three times a week. The place is small and just right. There is everything there to make your recovery go well. The staff really work with you. It is nice because it is a small physical therapy center so there is not a lot of patients there at s time. The staff is supportive and encouraging. I would highly recommend the place for Outpt therapy. Thank you for encouraging me snd helping me get well and stronger!! Personally, in the year 2025, Hackettstown hospital is a great place to go to to die. That's about it. I've had several bad experiences with different nurses there. There is an ICU nurse in particular who I am absolutely horrified is involved in patient care at all. Outside of work, she drinks and drives and has a horrible drinking problem. The hospital should be monitoring her for alcohol use on the job. It's negligent that they just allow her to keep caring for patients. I wouldn't send the worst inmates in the state there, unless they were going there to die.

This is one of the nicest rehabilitation centers that I have seen. The property itself is really beautiful. When you first walk into the facility we noticed immediately that there was no institutional smell of any kind. If anyone has ever been to a rehabilitation place you know what I mean and I have been to a few. Some rehabilitation centers that I have seen were literally a nursing home. They are understaffed, physical therapy is ok and the place smells really bad, short staffed and the workers are just there because they are getting paid plus they milk the insurance until they won't pay anymore. Then they are asked to leave. At Kessler Institute, I noticed that they have a full staff and everyone seemed like they were working together and enjoyed what they were doing so that was a great start. They have doctor's and nurse's on staff. It really is a clean and bright environment. Their social worker was so friendly and helpful with anything that the patient needed. Actually everyone that I met there was very friendly. Patients get a real schedule of what they will be doing to work toward their recovery which can change everyday. This place is no joke they focus on rehabilitation to get you back functioning like your old self to live your life. If you are not willing to put in the work I don't think this would be a place for you. Now, I have a better understanding of what a good rehabilitation facility looks like and what they should offer for a speedy recovery.

She was unable to care for herself and was discharged against our wishes as it was unsafe since she lives alone. The nursing staff is very rude and uncaring. The aides do a good job, when they show up, which is a long time from when the bell is rung. I often had to help my mother get in and out of bed as well as help her onto the toilet because she couldn't wait that long. The facility is not clean enough. And good luck trying to find anyone when you have a question or concern. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

I worked diligently to get everything Anderson Kelly needed before my deadline to fly to Tampa and embark my vessel. Due to the lack of their communication, delays and instructions; my flight was canceled and I was not able to embark the vessel I've been dreaming of joining. I am distraught by their lack of professionalism and consideration for my time. I was told by them that I had plenty of time to get documents completed. At the last minute, I was asked to get documents/exams that take up to 5 to 7 business days - 2 days before my flight! And then the review process takes another 5 to 7 business days. This is completely unacceptable and inconsiderate of my deadline. I understand the health certificate requirements but I should have gotten clearance by my deadline. The whole experience was an absolute nightmare. Whatever documents my primary physician signed and submitted from Kaiser Permanente were rejected. Anderson-Kelly did not want Kaiser's documents; they requested for documents to be signed on their own letter head. Also, a simple note that wasn't added was another reason why documents were rejected. Even though my doctor clearly explains the current status of the past medication I was taking in 2021 - no follow up needed, resolved. Kaiser does not sign other documents aside from their own documents that are under Kaiser policy. My doctor at Kaiser was kind enough to sign Anderson-Kelly's documents as a favor to me because I've been a patient for years. It took days to go back and forth! What was the purpose of getting a physical through Anderson-Kelly if they are asking Kaiser to submit paperwork? This all should have been done/cleared at the time of my physical at Concentra clinic. That doctor at Concentra cleared my medication history as well. His notes were "resolved". I moved out my apartment and have resigned from my job 2 weeks ago. I planned everything around my life to meet the deadline. Now I am bouncing from AirBNB and have no job. Everything was going according to plan until this halt that was created by Anderson-Kelly. Employees only email and not want talk to you over the phone. I am a person that follows through and accomplishes. I prepared for this opportunity to be part of a renowned company. There is pattern here that needs to be acknowledged by the Royal Caribbean PEME group/upper management.
